Cousins has had a nice pre-season, but I highly doubt Washington would ever start him over RG3.  So, do they keep him as insurance in the event of another RG3 injury?  Or should they trade him?

The Rams are in obvious need of a QB with the Bradford injury.  I'd be on the phone with the Rams front office to see if they were interested.  They could get a pretty nice return for Cousins.  And Bradford's cap number is huge, so a release this next off-season isn't out of the question.  I think it would be a good move for both sides.

Its a good move for the rams its a good move for the skins to keep him. Sucks for cousins. The way Fisher is bringing in ex titans I'd look for locker first. Win win for the titans.

Can't see the Skins getting rid of him. They know as good as anyone that they are one bad RG3 slide away from Cousins as their full time QB. If they traded Cousins and RG3 got injured, Colt Mccoy would become the full time starter.

Would be good move for the Rams to try to make a play for Cousins, but I'd agree that I doubt Washington let's him go.  We'll, they might, but I'm guessing they'll ask for way more than the Rams would want to give up.  He's good insurance just in case RGIII goes down again.

So who else will be picking him up? On a team where I own Locker and RG3, Cousins will be my priority pickup this week.

RG3 will not be getting his job back.

Yea, I think RG3 lost his job today.  What's the point of having a starting QB that you can't depend on to be available on any given week?

I will be picking up because I dropped RG3 before the season and have been streaming, Palmer Week1, Locker Week 2, and now Kirk if RG3 is done.  I'm waiting for Bridgewater to take over haha.

I think Kirk knows how to run this offense more efficiently than RG3.  This is who the coaches and FO wanted to start but they couldn't have a QB controversy.  Now they have their man with no backlash.   Would love for Desean to come back and hopefully be healthy for him.  Today has been the craziest day in fantasy.

RG3 will probably be droppable. I have Luck so I'm not going to chew up a roster spot, but he looked great. I'm a skins fan and I'm very excited about what this kid can do. Heck Andy Dalton was a top 6 fantasy qb last year

He's better than rg3, I believe he should be everyones number 1 waiver add, even if you have peyton manning. I'll keep him as a back-up for stafford or use him as a trade chip, he's gonna be great this year.

Lots of upside young QBs this year... Cousins can put up some solid numbers as a QB2 and potential bye week play. I'm more interested to see what he does for the Redskins outside of fantasy.

Michigan State fan here. Watched Kirk progress throughout his career and he is the kind of guy who is very humble. He works his butt off to get better and better. He was going to be a dentist of the NFL didn't work out.

Most MSU fans knew he had a bad situation with RG3 being picked. Essentially he was an insurance pick for RG3s health.

Seeing him play like he did today was awesome. The guy just does not stop working hard and he will be successful if he can get more reps as starter which seems to be the case with Griffins injury.

As a QB streamer in a few leagues this year, I'm considering it, but with the loss of Reed and D.Jax, and Garcon being a non-factor as it was today...  How much better do you guys honestly feel Cousins is vs the streaming likes of Locker/Geno.  Obviously he looked good today, but I'm just not sure that I'm willing to spend much FAAB on a guy, who I'm not positive is a weekly lock to finish top 12.  Is he that good?  Those of you who have watched him in college etc?
I do it for the likes...

Don't know much about him besides that he's white

He has a rocket arm for Garcon and DJax? Is he like Stafford and throw those YOLO balls to DJAX and Garcon?

Niles paul is just as good as reed, He has desean speed at the te spot(niles is a ex-wr/special teamer), and chemistry with cousins, Cousins should be the number 1 waiver add, even in 10 team leagues. niles paul should be the number 2 waiver move.
