There was a lot of buzz on Patton last year, but he's dropped off everyone's radar after getting injured. Any updates on how he's playing now? Any 49ers diehards have any comments on his future with the 49ers?

This guy is still in the league??

haha I kid I kid but there is no value here. Maybe as the end of a roster spot in a deep dynasty league for potential down the road but he's behind Crabtree, Boldin, Davis, and Stevie on an offense that didn't attempt 500 passes last year.

Yeah, I'm mostly concerned about Dynasty value. I hear he's giving Johnson a run for his job as WR3, but that was only one article online.

He's got a lot of talent, but is in a log-jam at WR in SF. I mean, Stevie, Lloyd, Ellington, all battling for PT...Only one that might get cut is Lloyd, but I think he sticks...so maybe in a year or two...

thing with SF is that they stockpile talent...and they run the ball a ton...

I'm a die hard and from what i've seen ellington would be the one to stash over patton. Especially in a return yardage league.

I'll be monitoring him, but seems like it'll be nearly impossible for him to get value this year being so far back on the WR depth chart in a run first offense.
