Jose Valverde or Ryan Dempster, Whos more of a legit closer?

I don't know too much about Dempster (other than he's Canadian)......Valverde in my opinion is at that age of 27 where he can be putting it all together now. -------------------- [center] Leading off for Lowes....number 13.............. Hall of Famer Group: Established Members Posts: 6,646 Joined: 9-April 07 From: PHILLY AREA Member No.: 1,545	valverde, though both are capable of imploding... dempster has actually been doing pretty well this season, but he's not a real closer, and was horrible last year... valverde fell apart last season, so i worry about that this year, but he does have a great arm and could have learned from last seasons bad experience..... he had a scary outing last weekend but came back and pitched well since... then again, someone just dropped valverde in one of my yahoo leagues... -------------------- KU1, NOVA 2...things are good in my house while it lasts... eagles, just trade McNabb and move on... NCAA, don't mess with 64 teams...please

He has excellent stuff, he always has. He is easy the better closer to own, not only because he has closer stuff, but because Zona is a better team that does not win games by huge blow out scores... a lot of save opps there.

Plus as some one noted above, the D-backs dont win their games by large margins so thatd give him more save opps.
