Living near Binghamton, I get all the B-Mets news, and he has been on top quite a bit lately, decent stats, good ERA. Anyone see him as a late-year callup, or does he have more time to go??

Thanks,

Glenn

I was reading up on him and nothing really came out at me talent wise...but for being drafted in the 29th round (869th overall), it could be a lot worse...his last year's numbers at AA weren't good at all...

7-9
5.81 ERA
64 K
41 BB
119 innings
164 hits allowed

being that he is 26 already, I don't see him making much of an impact

Thanks for the info .. I did not see that when I looked at their site. He IS doing quite well this year, 7-1, so maybe next year, the magic 27...

I think the "magic 27" usually applies more to hitters than pitchers.

Hey, a guy can dream :-) It would be cool to have a "local" on my team ...

It looks like he may have made some adjustments going 7-1 this year..I don't really hear too much about him, but it looks like he is headed in the right direction...maybe a long relief career in the bigs if he keeps this up??

It appears he started the season in the bullpen, and moved to the starting role. His stats are superior in his starts, so perhaps starting would be better for him.
