he would if kevin martin wasnt around. salmons + martin = bad chemistry. with artest gone i think its a good possiblity salmons comes off the bench and garcia starts, mainly becuz salmons can come in and back up the 1,2 or 3.

i know how productive salmons can be. the problem is how he gets his production. he dominates the ball and thats not good for k-mart and co. hes not a good enough player to dominate the ball like he does.

We should actually look at Garcia's stats in the final month of the season. He got a decent amount of playing time then and put up some great numbers. I know he helped me place higher in my league for sure.
Last Month:
30 mins, 15.3 ppg, 1.4 3pm, 3.6 rpg, 2.3 apg, 2.0 stl, 0.9 blk, 2.3 to, 50 %fg, 86 %ft on 3.2 attempts.
Now that is some great value. I'm sure you can pick him up late too. Salmons during this time was fading and not playing too well.

dunno what to make out of those numbers other than garcia's better at stretching the D and is a much longer defender.
garcia had the higher PER rating, higher TS% and higher eFG% in 07-08.

Check out the last 5 games of the season. I still think that he plays more mins than Garcia. Salmons will play 33-35 Mins and Garcia will play 25-30 mins. Garcia will take all of the back up mins for salmons and Kmart and maybe even beno at times. Again as mentioned I like both to contribute this year.
