I know it was an onside kick and i go to 4 sites and 2 of em say no fumble(NFl.com, CBS sportsline) and 2 of em say yes fumble (ESPN, Yahoo)......so what is it? Whats the most accurate for how it will end up tomorrow?

Not a fumble. Bowe never possessed the ball. Bounced off of his chest, and SD keeps possession on the onside kick. Consider it like SD never lost possession.

If it was a fumble, it should've been for the DST and not Bowe, unless your league allows yards/pts for kick returns.

Correct. This wasn't an issue in my league that doesn't give points for return yardage or TDs.

Yahoo still has -2 for Bowe as of this afternoon.
I have Bowe but I lost by more than 2 ... though when I saw they took 2 points off I was very curious to see if it cost anyone the game.
IMO it should not have been ruled a fumble. Obviously he was attempting to possess the ball and got nailed right after he touched it. In fact I think he was still airborn.

"This fumble will be corrected on Thursday when Yahoo does their stat corrections.
According to the NFL.com box score, there were no fumbles by Kansas City. That said, you should expect +2 added to your total score in a few days if you have Bowe."
Also, Bowe never established possession, so he could not have fumbled it.

I'm down 6 points, he has westbrook and philly D (he will win). If westbrook gets injured, Philly gets smoked on D, and Stewart Bradley (my IDP) gets 10 points, i will win.
I have bowe, whose 2 points could make my week, if those 8 things happen...

I might end up needing those two points after tonight's game. Is the general consensus that ESPN and Yahoo will give Bowe back those points?

Bowe never established possession, so it is similar to a muffed punt, but don't players lose fantasy points if they muff a punt and the other team recovers?

They took away the fumble on gamebook so I think its safe to say it should not be a fumble any where.

It looks like the fumble has been removed from the record on f*nball, as well. I gained back 2 points.

Now Westbrook needs to score 14 points for me to win tonight. This effects me greatly.

it turned a decimal loss by me into 1 point and some change victory. I truly feel for all you poor bastar&$ who lost on this one (cept for the guy I beat). it must be TERRIBLE. which is just how I felt 10 minutes ago.
