Is he serious? I don't know for sure, but you can't really be charged for burning your own property, right? lol

I'd imagine it's true. You need a freakin permit to burn leaves around here. But burning something that large in your own house? Incredibly dangerous and doesn't surprise me at all if it's a felony.
