Had my copies of Madden 2010 pre - ordered since June i am getting it for both PS3 & Xbox 360. Yes i play both systems lol.

I was a big fan of ESPN 2K5, but since Madden had exclusive NFL rights, I've been stuck with Madden ever since. It's been a shame... I've been disappointed year after year from EA Sports. BUT, from what I've read and seen this seems to be the best Madden yet, I love the new layout. Can't wait to get it.

yea, was also a big fan of 2k5...i wasnt sooo...upset that that there was no more ESPN 2k5 and i had to go to madden bcz i didnt mind madden either...i was more upset that there wud be no more MVP BASEBALL!!! To this day i still play mvp baseball 05...the best baseball game ever!

Same here, but since they've gotten rid of EA, I've switched to MLB: The Show on PS3. I only use my PS3 for that game and Blu-ray's, that's it. My 360 is my main system.

Comeon man, the Texans have never had a winning season. Of course the ratings are going to be lower than you want them to be.

Yes you do. but i do see Schaub staying healthy this year and Houston getting into the playoffs for first time this year. He got weapons like AJ , Slaton , Walter , Owen @ TE and a better O - Line and Def.

Are you getting it for 360? What's your gamertag? I used to have a 360 but I ended up selling it about a year ago to get a PS3 but I really just wanted to get it for The Show and for Blu-ray, but I miss my 360 so I'm getting another one before Madden comes out.

Mine's been pre-ordered for weeks now. Going to the annual kick-off tournament at GC as usual. Started my online franchise about a month ago.

Just so you guys know, they re-did all the rankings for this year's game. They balanced the hell out of the game. The most important attribute is awareness now, not as much speed.

This and The Show are the only games I play... glad I am damn good at both of them.

I can't stand the new Madden games. Madden 2006 was the peak. It all went downhill from there when they starting adding QB Vision, and got rid of Madden's comments and all of that BS.

To this day, when I want to play a game of Madden, I play Madden 2006.

QB Vision was one of the best features ever added into Madden...

I don't understand how people actually enjoy sports games.

They're the only games I play.

Oh I don't know, maybe because they let YOU control the destiny of the team that you spend so much time cheering for and following? You get to control how the team is run, who stays and who goes, and which players you want to get better.

I love sports games, but I play shooters as well as racing games and guitar hero.

What is wrong with playing sports games? They are meant to be fun. there is nothing wrong with playing Madden or any baseball game. You score a TD or Hit a HR and you get all pumped up and go crazy. that's what it is all about Having Fun!!

That's what I'm saying. For 99.999999% of us, more like 100%, this is the closest we can come to the actually professional leagues.

I can honestly say I'm not excited for it. I used to buy it every year expecting some big improvement, but there never is. It's just the same re-hashed game with minor details changed but a $60 price tag.

This year is the first time in a long time they have changed a lot about the game. it's the only game I play and I am a part of many Madden communities and sites. They re-did all of the rankings, making awareness a crucial part. They introduced online franchises and introduced updates to franchise and superstar modes. It's definitely going to be a game unlike many of the others.

They always promise a lot, yet it's still always the same. Since I havn't bought a Madden game in a few years I am kind of intrigued about this years, but I'm still gonna wait and see what kind of reviews it gets.

I can't wait for this gam eto come out. I serioulsy may even take the day off. Been brushing up on 09 getting ready. I was getting my butt kicked everyday for awhile until lately. Playing Madden is like playing sports. You stop for awhile and try to jump back into you find out your game is not the same.

There's really no use to practicing 09 to get ready for 10... the games are as entirely different as FIFA and Madden. 10 is going to be the first authentic football game.

No man, you brush up on gameplay, playcalling, stuff like that. I'm not the greatest Madden player ever so just like with any game I have to get into a groove. You can't just run pick and rolls or fire of 3's like NBA Live. I'm sure some things will change but a completely new game, I doubt it.

Who plays NBA Live?! 2K is where it's at, if you want realism.

I haven't played either for 09 but I do play 2K more than Live nowadays

Haven't played Live in a few years. The better graphics and game play is 2K and they are right on the money when it comes to that.

Well I enjoy sport games but it doesnt involve any critical thinking really (like RPGs). I suppose football involves more but baseball, what do you do when you hit? Press "X" and hope it goes far?

Changing speed and things like that and trying to tell where the pitch is going. Football has a lot of thinking based on the level of skill of your opponent.
