Full Version: Yahoo projected fantasy points

My apologies if this question is off topic.

The fantasy league I'm a part of is a custom yahoo league with custom scoring rules similar to the yahoo public league rules, with slight variations. My draft is already completed, so now I'm looking at my team, and matchups for the first week. Yes, maybe a little too far out, but I enjoy it.

Yahoo suggests a projected number of fantasy points each player/position will earn each week. My question is, does anyone know if Yahoo bases this on their public league scoring rules, or whether they tailor it to the rules we have implemented in our league.

Regards

Mike

Can an admin please move this thread to the Fantasy Football discussion forum? It may be more appropriate there.

Thanks in advance :-)

The projected stats are tailored to your league settings however the projected rankings are not. For example, based on my leagues settings Turner is projected to score 227 FPs and MJD is projected to have 250 yet Turner is ranked #2 and MJD #3.
