Still not much buzz about this guy. I think he will finish as a top 10 WR. He is a beast of a man and grabs anything that is thrown near his vicinity despite multiple defenders hanging all over him. I'm actually pissed that Rivers doesn't throw more to him because he can really help the team actually win.

the situation in SD is very favorable for rivers and jackson owners...

1) SD cannot run the ball (seemingly with our without LT)
2) SD's defense is horrid

it looks as though SD will be airing it out going forward unless LT shows more than he did week 1... it's clear that sproles and bennett aren't solutions to their rushing woes...

Agreed although Bennett was good running the ball inside and I couldn't figure out for the life of me why they didn't give him more chances.

I'm beyond pissed I drafted Lee Evans for this guy. Never in my life have I thought Lee Evans is good and I took him because he was higher ranked. Just stupid. Since last year we on Rotoworld have been talking about him and I just didn't bite.

i'm curious as to what site had evans ranked above jackson this offseason... on most sites i looked at, jackson was being rated too high at the time (of course they look like geniuses now)...

Rotoworld's draft guide had Evans at 39 and V. Jackson at 40.

ESPN had VJax going 53 overall and 19th WR overall.

I got him 52nd overall in our league after Marshall, Cotchery, Hines, Coles, Roy O, etc...

i just missed him by 2 picks in my draft but dealt ochocinco for him last week. i am still happy with that trade.

SD will be airing the ball out this year for sure...I think Bennett will be the pure run guy and Sproles will be sprinkled lots as well...They were down in this game, so that's why they didn't give Bennett more shine...But Vjax could be a top 5 producer this year in PPR.

The only concern is that Rivers threw 45 times and VJax only had 7 targets... They need to throw the ball more to him.

i was high on this guy all preseason and needless to say, im glad hes on my team. i reached for him in the 4th round because i really wanted him and would have been really pissed if he was drafted before my next pick

Yea I believe it was Roto's (at the time) and I really don't know where I went wrong. I'm serious. Not for one second have I ever liked Lee Evans. I mean I took a #2 WR on a team with an average QB as opposed to a #1 on a good passing team with an actual QB in a poop division.

Having V-Jax as my WR3 would have been money. Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid. No one to blame but myself...
