Anyone watching their games? Does anyone know why he hasn't had an assist in the last 3 games and today so far?

When I look back at his games last year, there was only 2 games all year (not counting injury) when he didn't have ONE assist.

I haven't seen any of their games, but they've played top notch defensive teams, and Charlotte looks like they might be the worst offensive team in the league this season. All of those things contribute to the lack of assists I'm guessing.

well this game vs the Nets is mid way through the 2nd and 1 other person has scored besides Wallace on this team.....

I am watching this game right now, it is one of the ugliest things I have seen in a while.

I think they combined for 24 points after the 1st Q. Wallace has set his team up with some open looks but they are just so bad, no one is hitting shots.

They look like a girls high school basketball team, passing the ball around the horn back and forth until the shot clock winds down, then either force a terrible 20+ footer or turnover the ball...painful to watch

They are not allowed to shoot unless they make 4 passes. Larry will make them play with 4 players otherwise

I'm not complaining specifically of this game, although i would wish his FT% improve. I'm more curious as to the sudden lack of assists, Zbo i can understand, but not wallace.

This is a very limited sample, so we shall see.

he can have zero assist as long as hes throwing up these numbers. He has to do all the work in charlotte, 8-11 from the line. Good start for the week

I knew his rebounds were going to improve without Okafor this season but I didn't think he would be getting this many.

He is averaging 12 through three games and has 12 already tonight.

Anyone think he can average 10+ boards this season?

I doubt 10, but not to far off either

watching the game too and i do think it's possible. the team as a whole is really small, they chuck up/miss a ton of shots, and Wallace looks like the only player who is trying.

i think he could do 10+, i dont see anyone else jumpin at the rebounds like wallace is right now on the team.

it's ridiculous right? it would suck as a Wallace owner, but i'd love to see him in another jersey. his effort is a complete waste on that black hole of a basketball team.

This game is just pathetic though, if a casual fan were to watch this game they might be turned off of basketball forever. Then again, watching Wallace's energy is very entertaining/encouraging. Too bad his teammates can feed off of him.

Pretty upset, I took the OVER on this game at 174. Haha the teams are combined for 98 points at the 1:30 mark in the third... here's hoping for quadrouple OT!

he's now at 15 boards, pretty impressive considering he still has to rebound against like Lopez and etc. I'll definitely take what he gives today and i'm not complaining.

It is interesting that he still doesn't have that 1 assist yet. come on augustin hit the shot when he passes to u.

VINTAGE GERALD WALLACE. I've been waiting for this breakout...

He's definitely setting a career high in Rebs. Very flukie to go 3 games without an assist even with this impersonation of a team.

fawk..if gerald sunk one more ft he would have been 80%. i expect to lose 3-6 this week and just wanted to start gerald and bench everyone else on my team. im down 11 games with 3 hurt guys.

I just traded Crash for VC. Those 0 assists are very disconcerting.

The assists will probably be lower this year, Larry Brown likes to work his offence from the post out. Diaw gets the ball in the high post and the players run motions from there.

He is making some good passes his teammates just dont finish. I saw crash hit the floor like 100000 times tonight. I wonder when the first of many injuries will occur.

Gerald Wallace is one of the best players in fantasy if he can stay healthy.

The no assists in almost 200 minutes played is disconcerting. 0 assists!!! Its not like the bobcats dont have spot up shooters. VRad, Augustine, now Bell is back. Get Gerald in the post and let him do his thing and kick out if he gets doubled. He should be avging at least 3 assists a game since most teams will be focused on him in the interior. Bobcats just need to start knocking down shots. Not complaining about his 20 20 games though, just want more haha

Uhm, why are people HAPPY with Gerald Wallace's play? Sure he has been robust in the REB/STL categories but he is also shooting 33% from the field, 75% from the line, over 3TO per game, and ZERO assists/3PTM.

Because I doubt he shoots 33% all year, but if he can keep up the rebounding up from 7 to even 9 it feels good.

I was able to sell high and trade him for Earl Watson last night. I couldnt be more please to finally have solved my assists problem!

I think people are happy that he finally had a good game. No one thinks he will shoot 33% for the season and I'd rather him not shoot threes at all because my league has a cat for 3%. I can definitely use the assists though.

is this thread for real? who cares if GW dont get any assists! he doesnt get assists bec he plays weakside the whole game! GW is a stat filler...i could care less if he dont get any assists. As long as he plays 35 minutes per game and accumulates stats in the areas i drafted him for...that's good enough for me!
