I may be getting ahead of myself as I'm still in the playoff hunt, but I can't help looking down the road to weeks 14, 15, and 16 for my fantasy playoff schedule. Since my league trade deadline is coming up next Thursday, I would like to know your guys thoughts on what players and matchups can lead you to the promise land.

I like Arizona's schedule when it comes to weeks 14 @SF, 15 @Det, 16 Stl. and I'm trying to target Warner, Boldin, Fitz, Breaston and Arizona's D in trade talks. What are your thoughts?

Seattle's schedule isn't looking to shabby either. I just think people would have to give up alot to land either fitzgerald or kurt warner. Everyone knows there schedule is sweet, but they did get there buts handed to them by carolina after beating the giants. Just seems like a big risk.

Warner should be attainable after his awful six turnover week. I also should of added "who would you try to move due to their tough schedule?"

this is exactly why I've stashed ARI Def on most of my teams starting from last week (even though their big fat ZERO cost me a game)

Brandon Marshall, the window is closing after 2 bad weeks in a row, and a game v. Pittsburgh this week.
The Dynasty
Ben Roethlesberger. I have him, so I may be biased, but...

1. Pass-first offense
2. Will be a great buy low after possibly struggling against the potent Denver D.
3. After Denver:

Yeah I include the fantasy playoff schedule in my draft prep. So I know of all the good matchups. Basically all NFC West teams are gold. Saints, Chargers, Titans, Browns, Texans, Dolphins and Bengals all have good matchups. Stay away from the NFC East & NFC North teams come fantasy playoff time.

The Bengals have a nice schedule leading up to the playoffs, and good matchups weeks 15 and 16.

11 - Oakland
12 - Cleveland
13 - Detroit
14 - Minnesota (Only tough D left)
15 - San Diego (Not a scary D)
16 - Kansas City

Benson, Palmer, and Ochocinco can possibly to A LOT of damange over those weeks. I'm thinking about picking up one of the 3 other receivers in Cincy to put on my bench.

Still, I think it's tough as some options are inconsistent or injury risks, like Warner or Boldin...The Seahawks guys are worthless if Seneca is the QB..

I really like the teams that are going to be in shootouts, i.e. the Chargers guys, the Packers, Ravens, Vikings...I think these are the types of guys to target...

Although, quite honestly, this year all the defenses have weaknesses, and none of them are truly elite, so I would say not to worry about it, just roll with the talented healthy players.

Houshmandzadeh's best game (8-108) was with Seneca Wallace at QB, in Indy no less. I don't think the Seahawks fall off a cliff if Hasselbeck goes down, I think Wallace is capable, especially on the short to intermediate routes, which is Housh's territory.

I disagree, I'm a die hard Hawks fan, and their offense is poop with Seneca in, I wouldn't want my fantasy bowl riding on Seneca Wallace...Just sayin.

That Colts game was a blow out, and those points came in garbage time...So if the Seahawks are playing a low scoring poop fest with the 49ers, you will be out of luck.

The NFC West is so awful again that both SEA and AZ will be fighting for the division. As someone that was playing the match-ups with Warner and Hasselbeck I'll say that Hass is the one to worry about. His OL is terrible. Warner will air it out will score at least once a week. Hasselbeck might put up 5TDs or leave in the 1st quarter with an injury.

Man, must be a tough year for you guys when the word poop is used twice when describing their season, haha. I have faith in the Housh-Man, I think he's going to return to his 15pt per game status ... Goonies never die.

Vernon Davis. Arizona, Philly, Detroit weeks 14-16. Philly and Detroit are terrible against the TE and Philly is solid against WRs. Alex Smith should improve and be quite good by the end of the year. VD will be a monster in the fantasy playoffs.
