Underdogger
The guy has had his up and downs throughout his career. One day he is in Skiles rotation then the following week he plays his way out of it. I still like the guy and think he will be a solid player in the league. Looking like he is finally working on the jumper and starting to hit his free throws as of late. We all know he has some mad hops. But what does everyone else think of how well he can play? I personally like him for 15 pts 10 boards and 2 bpg in another few years.

Gerald Wallace potential, but 3-4 years away IMO

A very very long way away - he ie one of the most athletic players in the league but possesses no offensive game what so ever, he is also pretty lazy on the defensive side except for when he leaves his man to go help on rotations so he can get blocks. But then again, playing a couple years for Scott Skiles should kill any questionable "attitude" or work ethic problems that he might of had.

He's a project thats for sure, he could end up being like Rudy Gay - or he could end up being like Stromile Swift.

I watched him play last night against the Lakers, and I was really impressed with his game at the end of the 1st half. He hit a fadeaway off the backboard, blocked a shot, and was rebounding left and right. His athleticism was on full display.

That said, he faded for the second half entirely. He's still too inconsistent on the offensive end, and sometimes I think you gotta question his hustle. No denying though that this kid has talent.

If he works hard on his game 15/10/2 will be a conservative estimate in my opinion, but that's still a couple of years of REALLY hard work away.

He has awesome potential, but is a few years away.
