NEW YORK (AP)—Brian McNamee, the former personal trainer who has said he injected former New York Yankees pitcher Roger Clemens with steroids and human growth hormone, fainted while driving and crashed his car head-on into a city bus, according to published reports.

There's been speculation that Clemens was hiding under a manhole waiting for McNamee to drive by when he dosed up on elephant steroids, turned into a Hulk-like figure and then threw the car into the bus.
