Thought i'd follow up the favorite player thread... get a little discussion going

I root for the NY Red Bulls, Liverpool, and Villarreal (just cause of my boy Jozy Altidore)

National teams i go for the US obviously, England (Gerrard), and then Spain (Torres, Alonso, Reina)

So basically, everything revolves around Liverpool. Because they're the best. Clearly.

I still support Reading, in spite of relegation....watching Shorey and Little leave (Doyle's next, supposedly) while Matejovsky rests an ailing leg hasn't been much fun. Fingers crossed for promotion in '09!

I also enjoy watching the Milans, and Barca.....I usually wind up watching all of the EPL matches over the weekend.

As my avatar suggests, I'm already a fan of the new Philly MLS franchise; we don't have any players or a stadium built yet, but their my team!......LOL

On the international front, it's all about the Americans and the Irish. The Womens teams for those countries are squaring off in a friendly at the Linc here in Philly next month. I'm thinking about going.
