  1. That's all well and good but until we actually see the gameplans change I don't see how we can project him for more than 20 given they brought in Lewis specifically to do what Henry hasn't done through this point in his career.
  2. The only people who should be interested here are those in keeper leagues. Is he worth a late buy and hold on the hopes you can keep him for good value next year? That's the question. Dynasty? You're in for the long haul. Gotta wait to see what the opportunity and coaching staff looks like next year. Redraft? Clogged backfield on a bad team. Move on
  3. Sure you can. In the past 5 years Henry has a total of 41 catches. What exactly makes us think he gets anywhere near 35 this year? Lewis was specifically brought in to do this work. I think projecting for 20 is the high end of aggressive. If there have been coaching quotes about trying to work Henry in the passing game like Zeke, I haven't heard them. I still value Henry more because I don't think the upside of a long-term Lewis injury is being fully priced in. Not too mention more positive game scripts. But that's the only way he gets moderate passing game work, and even then it might not happen.
  4. "Did nothing with it" is a bit odd considering he had a good week 1 and then got hurt. But i agree that Freeman is better
  5. Ugh, the 2B elig doesn't look like it's coming
  6. Yeah, I got that from Reebs Red Zone Worksheet. http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/80695/478/the-worksheet?pg=3 "Over the past two seasons, the Steelers have ranked 23rd and 32nd in run rate on plays inside the 5-yard line. Bell has ranked first or second in yards from scrimmage per game in each of the past four seasons, so if the Steelers finally set him up for more scores and give him the ball in those spots, he’ll be even more of a fantasy goliath."
  7. I feel like I'm going crazy here because everyone is just "ho hum, LeVeon is safe, take him 1.01." But nobody is seeing any of the signs I am. I could easily see an off year here. Especially if he doesn't get the easy bunny 1-2 yard rushing TD's that he hasn't gotten since his rookie year. 1. His number one goal this year is simply... Don't. Get. Hurt. 2. There's going to be drama around his number of touches all year. He's not going to just let Pittsburgh DeMarco Murray him into the ground. 3. He has a new OC we know almost nothing about. Does he get tons of targets again? 4. Last year he was inefficient. Like Melvin Gordon level inefficient. YPC, Football Outsiders, PFF, it's everywhere. He made hay on pure volume. 5. Check out his game speed on airyards.com. Nowhere is he even league average anymore. He's straight up slow. Or at least he was last year. Anybody else a bit leery here?
  8. Thank you for finally saying this about Bell! I feel like I'm going crazy here because everyone is just "ho hum, LeVeon is safe, take him 1.01." But nobody is seeing any of the signs I am. Meanwhile Saquon is in his actual prime RB years with a front office and coaching staff bent on having him carry Eli as far as possible. I think I'm taking Saquon right after Gurley, Zeke, DJ. (Sorry if this got too Bell heavy. Mods feel free to move if so)
  9. This guy just doesn't have it. Only so many years he can have a sparkling FIP and K/9 but still completely suck before I believe it's real. I'm pretty much done. He just sucks.
  10. Solid insight guys. I had been wondering why the playing time had been spotty since he always seems to perform with the bat.
  11. I don't watch the Orioles, I've never owned him, I don't recall Fantasy Focus ever going deep on him, I never read any fangraphs articles on him, and his Steamer projections weren't egregious. I simply trusted my board when drafting him. I figured my Buster Posey/Carlos Santana combo would mitigate any OBP issues from him. And it would've if he had even a .310 OBP which was below projection. It's this .255 crapola which is unacceptable. Apparently nobody saw this coming. He's firmly planted on my bench and can't even sniff my util spot. Has to be in the running for bust of the year.
  12. Guys with this plate discipline never seem to keep up good results for long. I didn't know he was one of these "million Ks with zero walks" type guys when drafting him or i would've avoided. He's worse than Rougned Odor for crying out loud. Ugh
