  1. I would def take team 4. Lillard and Holiday two of my fav players. But if 1 and 4 claimed already, ill take team 2. Send email to
  2. 4/5FG 1 3PTM 9PTS 4REB 1STL 1BLK in 12MIN in the 1st half so far tonight. Gotta love the upside epsecially in deeper and dynasty leagues.
  3. Was excited to snag him for free before it was too late as one of my final bench pieces in a 12team dynasty and confident that he will surprise a lot of folks that missed out. He is already ranked at 113(AVG) last 2 weeks getting only 19MPG, as the Wiz get closer to unloading their vets(Beal/Morris/Ariza/JGreen) and give into a rebuild/development process. They already got it started by unloadig Oubre/Rivers. Thomas Bryant has an attractive skill set and opportunity at just 21 years old, while Dwight continues with injuries and off court issues for this fast falling franchise expected to blow it all up. For what it's worth, T Bryant's G League stats in 38 career games: 30MPG/59.6FG%/68.3FT%/1.79 3PTM/36.4 3PT%/19.7PPG/7.47RPG/2.1AST/0.58STL/1.53BLK Very intriguing gamble here that has the tools/upside to produce and could make a lot fantasy managers excited for the future, especially dynasty or deeper leagues where he should not be available at this point. We are seeing his stats/mins grow in the last week with a season high 28mins last game and dropping a well rounded fntasy line. Gotta love the young bigs with that 1+ BLK/3PTM potential. Excited to see him build off his last performance and one day develop into a valuable piece of my dynasty squad.
  4. Do I start Ronald jones II or Peyton barber at RB2 in a PPR League? I have M. Gordon on a bye, N. Hines cooling off with Mack back (when I thought Hines would still be an every week PPR flex option after his nice performance as a starter/pass catcher, and also lost my RB2 J. Mckinnon a couple days after the draft. So I'm starting C. Carson at RB1 this week and cant decide on R. Jones or Barber?? M. Mack was still getting some injury news early, but not sure how serious. If he actually sits again this week, then I will def have to go with Hines with the PPR upside. Bucs will prob go with a split workload if Barber healthy Also start K. Cole, D. Moncrief, or D. Moore at WR3 in a deeper non PPR league??
  5. Who should I start at WR3 this week next to D. Adams WR1 and John Brown WR2??? PPR League Mike Williams (got him in for now) Keelan Cole Quincy Enunwa Pick 1
  6. Some deeper sleepers: T. Burke, J. Lamb, J. Okogie, M. Harkless, R. Kurucs (patience may pay off with this Euro. great scoop as a sneaky end of roster gamble for dynasty leagues), H. Giles (looking impressive this preseason averaging 15PTS/6REB/2AST in just under 23MPG and the talent/upside could pay off earlier then expected in deeper leagues and dynasty as he progresses back from injury), A. Trier (love his game/upside but his role and minutes is a mystery with the Knicks PG/SG group of Burke/Frank/Hezonja/Lee/Hardaway/Mudiaye , so we have to see how it shakes out. Can see Lee/Mudiay getting moved eventually but this kid looks special and love him as my last bench guy in dynasty) Some good players who I think will take the next step: D. Russell, A. Gordon, J. Richardson, D. Smith Jr, M. Fultz, L. Markkanen (Prob will slip in drafts because of injury or maybe owners will sell at a discount if they already have multiple injured players)
  7. I really liked what I saw from Dillon Brooks in his rookie season. I think the Grizz will look to get him the most minutes out of that group. The rest I can see being part of a rotation. Dillon is the youngest one and has more upside to tap into, plus he had some really big games for them as a rookie. Will be a nice sleeper in deeper leagues if he can take the next step and excited to own him in a dynasty league.
  8. This kid would blow up in the right situation, but with the Jags investing some early draft picks into young WR's like Westbrook, Lee, and Chark who all are talented, plus the additions of Moncrief + ASJ at TE, leads me to believe this group will be boom or bust and gives them a strong rotation to take advantage of and keep young guys fresh. Jags also will be getting their explosive RB Corey Grant more involved in the passing game like they been saying. The Jags had key injuries at the WR spot the last couple seasons and I feel like they are going to keep guys fresh and use a 5 deep rotation (Cole/Moncrief/Lee/Westbrook/Chark) plus they still have a young stud RB to feed with Leonard Fournette. Cole is shaping up to be a depth WR4 or 5 gamble in deeper leagues. Keelan has also been banged up recently and was only targeted once in the last preseason game. Some better gambles at WR for bench depth and bye week fill ins that I like better right now are Godwin, Mike Will, Kirk, John Brown, Gallup, and a few other high upside WR's with a clearer path to targets and less competition. If Keelan was in a better situation or if the Jags didn't go out and sign Moncrief and didn't use a 2nd rounder on a very talented prospect Chark Jr who is being used as a red zone target, I would be all over him.
  9. Rolled the dice on him when he got the call last season with my last roster spot in my deep dynasty league and he's done nothing but mash and continues to exceed expectations at the MLB level. Never thought I would be starting him at a Util spot in two of my 10 teamers this soon, but it looks like we might have something special here. I made a comment in one of my league chats after his multi HR game saying he is the next Josh Donaldson who was also a late blooming 3B and had his breakout season at age 27. After last night's game, he's now up to 10 career HR already in his first 77AB along with a shiny .338AVG. Obviously small sample size, but I'm anxious to see what he can do for the rest of the season. Could be one of the biggest pick ups of the year.
  10. I would def have some patience with this kid, especially in dynasty leagues. Been stashing him since the first week. He had some eye popping numbers in the G League this season (for what it's worth): 28PPG (with totals of 10 BLK, 30 REB, and 2 3PTM in two games & 71% FG!!). Plus he put up some real nice lines at the end of last season. Could become a daily double double with 1/1/1 (AST,STL,BLK). Blocks will probably be around 1.5 per game with regular minutes with upside for more. Love him in dynasty. Still only 21 and improving his game. Could be a fantasy monster in a year or 2 if his outside shot gets consistent and if he can average at least 0.5 3PTM. His shot has been better than expected at the NBA level. Only 23 threes attempted, but 10/23 on 3's in his NBA career so far (43.5%). That's def something to be excitedabout. Hopefully Z bo and Koufos get unloaded at the deadline. Might be one of the best PF/C 2nd half stashes available along with Portis
  11. Solid line tonight: 16Pts, 5/10FG, 4/4FT, 2 3PTM, 3REB, 1AST, 1STL, 1BLK, 0 TO. Loved his game at Nova. Had him stashed with one of my last roster spots in my dynasty league. If Clarkson/Randle get shipped out, he might be a must own. Def a real nice hold for dynasty. Thoughts??
  12. Since having his 11-game hit streak snapped last Thursday, Cozens has gone 6 for 23 (.261) with three doubles, three homers and 11 RBIs in his last six games. The season numbers for the giant lefty are startling: 16 doubles, 14 home runs, 44 RBIs, 10SB, 24BB in 51 games. Cozens leads the Eastern League in homers and slugging percentage (.569) and is second in doubles and OPS. Cozens is just 21, but he's powering himself up to Triple A. His success is adding intrigue to the Phillies' future outfield picture.
  13. 6'6'', 235lb, 21 years old, 2nd round draft pick of the Phillies in 2012. His current numbers in AA: .287AVG, 10HR, 10 2B, 25R, 26RBI, 9SB, 18BB, .949OPS in 136AB. His power is finally arriving after being drafted out of high school. He had a career high of 16HR in 2014, but he also has surprising speed for someone who is 6'6''. He had 20SB in 420AB last season. Left handed hitter with a ton of raw power. During his senior season he broke the Arizona home run record with 19 HRs including a walk off in the state championship. In the field, Cozens currently has the arm and range to play right field. He has played both RF/LF this year in AA. I think he has a chance to make it to the MLB in the 2nd half of the season and if not, should compete for a job in spring training next year.
