  1. I was wondering the same thing. I'm thinking of making a move for Adams and this injury got me nervous. But it doesn't sound awful.
  2. Oops, sorry - I was responding to a post back on the first page and I didn't realize the thread was three pages long! My mistake there.
  3. Maybe I'm just overly risk averse (likely), but isn't Oladipo going to miss at least half the year? I'm not sure I would have bid any more than $5, personally. In my 12 team, H2H points based league, Oladipo is $11.
  4. I agree, it does look like money well spent. Jamal Murray at $11 and Horford at $5 jump out at me and Derrick White at $4 could be great. If Collin Sexton can keep improving, you'll be awfully happy with his $2 salary.
  5. I like this comparison of Wall and Fox. I honestly hadn't heard of this before, and maybe my head is under a rock (likely). But their speed is what makes me think of the comparison too.
  6. Hello Rotoworlders! High Above Courtside is a league that is finishing its 10th season and we have an open franchise in the league. It is a head to head, points based league with contracts, salaries and an auction draft. The league has many wrinkles to give an owner a lot of freedom in managing their roster, like Restricted Free Agency and many other details. The franchise that you would be taking over made the playoffs in our league last season and has some very good players. Karl-Anthony Towns ($31 salary), Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ($3), Tobias Harris ($11), Myles Turner ($10), Domantas Sabonis ($5), Terry Rozier ($3), Bradley Beal ($19), DeAndre Ayton ($26), Victor Oladipo ($10) among others. We are looking for an enthusiastic, good spirited and competitive owner who wants to be active in league discussions and in our chat room that gets activity every day. While our league is hosted on Fantrax, we have a Facebook group that serves as the league’s main mode of communication (as opposed to a message board), so it is required that you have an active Facebook account as well as Facebook messenger (which is where our league chat room is located) so that you'll be able to use to check the league's group page often. Here is the league's primitive off-season guide that I made as a guide for the league history and record keeping. It has the league's constitution and other informative nuggets, like league history and previous years keepers, for instance. COST: The cost for the league is free. The league is hosted on Fantrax which has served us well. It is a premium Fantrax league, but the cost was covered this past season. PARTICIPATION: With an online league, if 12 owners are just setting their lineups and not chatting and discussing things, the league either dies or is no different from a Yahoo Public league. So, for that reason, our group stresses dedication in terms of not just the bare minimum of setting lineups and transactions, but also participating on our Facebook group page. I look forward to hearing from you, either with a private message or as a response here!
  7. It doesn't appear that I have the ability to delete a topic, unfortunately. I wanted to update this to show that the league has found an owner.
  8. Still looking for an enthusiastic NBA fan to be a long term part of our league. If that's you, I hope to hear from you!
  9. Hello Rotoworlders! High Above Courtside is a league that is finishing its eighth season and we have an open franchise in the league. The franchise that you would be taking over has some very good players like Steph Curry ($47 salary), Carmelo Anthony ($17), Derrick Favors ($8), Paul Millsap ($24), Jordan Clarkson ($1), Serge Ibaka ($5) and De'Aaron Fox ($7) among others.
