  1. Kyle Seager 2018 Outlook

Im just ribbin ya. Nobody is going to take on Seagers contract so we are going to either have to eat some of his salary or ride him out. I do think we still have 1 year, maybe 2 from a complete rebuild.

Jalen Beeks for sure. Im guessing Eovaldi for BOS. Its slim pickens out there but im thinking LAA, BAL, SD and STL could all be in line to see some long relievers today. This is the site i use, if there are better ones put it out there http://dailybaseballdata.com/cgi-bin/bullpen.pl?lookback=7

Gonna be a stretch but for those with start caps who are we looking at long inning relief streams from bullpen starts? This applies moreso to people in points leagues but ive been using this strat for roto leagues with start caps as well. I see Yarbrough tonight and Chirinos tomorrow for TB. Baltimore, Texas, Cleveland and Boston will have long relief needs tonight. Jeffrey Springs comes to mind for TEX, went 3 innings on sunday and the manager is looking to stretch him out. Brian Johnson and Velazquez could be an option for Boston tonight. I dont see anything sexy for Baltimore but Yacabonis is an option. Cleveland, i dont know. Anybody want to throw their desperation play out there, lets hear it.
  6. George Springer 2018 Outlook

saw a roto blurb about a quad issue, was a late scratch
  7. Ryan Zimmerman 2018 Outlook

We all said this about him last year and he logged 576 PA's. He is healthy now and i wouldnt bet against him the ROS.
  8. George Springer 2018 Outlook

He dove/slid at a ball in the gap and was favoring his shoulder when he came up. Didnt look bad but he didnt come back out on the field the next inning.
  9. Seattle Mariners 2018 Outlook

You keep saying Pax is hurt all the time but he hasnt missed a start all year. Yes he is "hurt" now but i watched the start, he looked a little stiff, did a little wiggle on the mound to stretch it out and they pulled him as a precautionary measure. As far as Marco goes, he is solid. Not gonna hold the @BOS and @NYY games against him. And despite the box score, he wasnt shelled @BOS but he did get knocked around against the Yanks, who hasnt though, Kluber just got shellacked last week. I totally agree with your main point though, the Ms need another solid arm.

Im not starting him either but he did handle @HOU and NYY already

Not to get way sidetracked but i think you may be underestimating Chapman...best defensive 3B in the league.
  13. June Closer Thread 2018

Could be but nothing is guaranteed. Look, this thread is hear for a reason, just 5 more saves may mean 2-3 more roto points. 10 more save could literally hand you the W. The struggle for saves is real.
  14. June Closer Thread 2018

Royals are currently sitting at 18 saves and are 3 games out from crossing the halfway point. Its not entirely out of the realm of possibility like you make it sound. It will more than likely be less since they lost Herrera but still, the opportunity will surely be there.

I think that all depends on how competitive your save situation is. I dont think he is that bad, yes he doesnt have the sexy K rate we all want but his GB rate approaching 62% is very solid. If he can limit the walks i think he could be serviceable.
