  1. Cody Bellinger 2018 Outlook

Even if he manages to improve his splits, the Dodgers are so deep that I think there is a real chance he keeps sitting vs most LHPs. Think Joc Pederson (worst case). Not a big deal in a roto league, but sucks in a daily H2H. I won’t be back in until he shows he can play every day and the Dodgers show they are willing to do that.
  2. Salvador Perez 2018 Outlook

He may not get many more starts. Which sucks, because he was just finally coming around... “Perez sprained the thumb late last month, and the last-place Royals will probably take it easy on him for what remains of the 2018 regular season.”
  3. Joey Gallo 2018 Outlook

Sitting again. CBS reports that he'll play at some point during the three-game set against the Mariners that kicks off Friday.
  4. Cody Bellinger 2018 Outlook

Ugh, his season stats don’t look that bad - he is currently ranked 90th in Yahoo - but I certainly will never draft him again. And I am going to be more aware of who has really bad splits in future drafts. Managing guys like this in a daily league sucks...
  5. Jean Segura 2018 Outlook

The good news is he is finally droppable in Yahoo leagues. Team looks much better with Mondesi at SS for the final few days. Hoping he can win SBs for me since Segura can’t run anymore...
  6. Cody Bellinger 2018 Outlook

Sitting more than he is playing 😡 hasn’t started 6 of the last 11 games
  7. Jose Martinez 2018 Outlook

Ugh, you jinxed him. 😀 He’s gone ice cold lately. Anyone know whats up? Still have confidence going forward?
  8. Cody Bellinger 2018 Outlook

It looks like the Dodgers have too many pieces, so they are going to sit everyone occasionally. With Bellinger’s recent lack of production, and the fact that he is generally sitting vs LHP, I am wondering if he is droppable for a hot WW bat?
  9. Didi Gregorius 2018 Outlook

Hmm, he is back, but not in the lineup. Boone said he will be eased back into play, and probably won’t play an entire game for a while. IOW, he may not contribute that much down the stretch...
  10. Justin Smoak 2018 Outlook

I really wanted to believe but finally dropped him last week in a 10 teamer
  11. Taylor Ward 2018 Outlook

Literally 1/17 this week. .059 BA. Yikes! His BABIP is only .227 tho, should be more like .300, so hopefully things turn around soon.
  12. Ozzie Albies 2018 Outlook

He’s also been moved down the order, batting 6 the last few days...
  13. Ozzie Albies 2018 Outlook

1 HR and 3 steals since Jul 13. Apparently, pitchers have figured out they can throw him junk because he is so aggressive. Unless he adjusts, its gonna keep being ugly. https://www.beyondtheboxscore.com/2018/8/15/17690594/mlb-news-strike-zone-edwin-diaz-mariners-robinson-cano-contract-ozzie-albies-slump-braves Albies has kind of fallen off a cliff in the last few months, and he has been 50% below average offensively this month. Why? His launch angle and exit velocity have both dropped, and it’s largely because from the left side, he is reaching more as pitchers make adjustments.
  14. Michael Kopech 2018 Outlook

Long term, the future is certainly very high. Whats the xpectation for this year tho? Top 30 SP ROS? Better? Worse? I am thinking good comps might be Buehler or Flaherty, who are both top 30 (by AVG stats)...
  15. Willson Contreras 2018 Outlook

I have a feeling as soon as the season is over he will announce that he was injured all year...
  16. Willson Contreras 2018 Outlook

He is #9 in Yahoo H2H 5 category leagues for the season. For the last 30 days he is 23rd. If you look at AVG stats - how good he’s been on a game basis - he is 28th. Now obviously some of those guys in front of him haven’t played enough for their stats to matter, but still, he has been BAD...
  17. Carlos Martinez 2018 Outlook

I saw this announcement too, but I’ve come to be skeptical about team announcements in general. I just wonder, why would they announce a move like this? Why not keep your opponents guessing? What if he comes back sooner than expected, and he is sharp? What if they have other injuries? Wouldn’t they start him? In other words, I am going to hang on as long as I can, and see what happens...
  18. Willson Contreras 2018 Outlook

I remember thinking that about Lucroy a few years back. Turns out, he was cuttable! 😀
  19. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. - 3B TOR

I agree, I’ve been waiting all year for VG Jr
  20. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. - 3B TOR

I don’t know that its 0%, but it does look unlikely. https://fansided.com/2018/07/28/vladimir-guerrero-jr-called-up-triple-dont-expect-him-in-majors-this-season/
  21. Shohei Ohtani 2018 Outlook

I dunno, he is throwing bullpens, he definitely wants to pitch again this season. I dropped him in a 10 teamer, I just don’t expect him to get enough ABs to make it worth rostering him, especially as he only can fill the UTIL spot. High chance he loses ABs either because he starts pitching again, or he misses more time with injuries. I hope I am wrong, he is sooo talented and big fun to watch...
  22. Walker Buehler 2018 Outlook

Coors really isn’t playing that extreme this year. The stadium is 7th in HRs allowed; Cin, Phi, and Tex are far worse...(http://www.espn.com/mlb/stats/parkfactor/_/sort/HRFactor)
  23. Zack Wheeler 2018 Outlook

I’m still hoping he gets traded to a competitive team 🤓
  24. Michael Wacha 2018 Outlook

Not much good news. He is throwing, but apparently still at least a month away (according to this:) https://www.usatoday.com/sports/mlb/injuries/
  25. Zach Eflin 2018 Outlook

He looked a lot better today, only 1R over the first 7 innings. Unfortunately they sent him back out for the 8th and he gave up another HR and 2 more Runs. Still, encouraging. It would be great if he could get back to near that great stretch he had in June.
