  1. I am currently looking for several move GMs to round out the final teams in my new contract / salary baseball league based on Fantrax. We are currently at 15 teams, with a maximum of 20. I am looking to get between 16 and 20 teams before closing registration. The league is a spin-off of a league that I ran from 2005 through 2018. This league includes 15 of the 18 GMs from my previous league, so they are a loyal and active bunch of guys. A few of those guys are also in my fantasy hockey league, which is in its fifth season. You can see the league rules here - https://thirderafantasybaseball.wordpress.com/league-rules/ As this is the first season we have used the contact / salary model, some of the rules are subject to change as we get more GMs and I can judge how many teams and players will be used, and due to any input from GMs. As it has been since 2005, my league is completely free to join. However, since the league uses Fantrax premium, any and all GMs are more than welcome to chip in for the cost of the site. It is not mandatory and it will not increase odds of winning. Since the draft begins February 1st, and it will be a full-team draft for the first season, the quicker I can get all GMs to join, the better. If you are interested, please email me at ifsncommish@gmail.com. In the event there are multiple requests for a spot, please give me your fantasy sports background, as it could be a used as a tie-breaker between candidates. Only active managers, please. All eligible candidates who do not receive an open team will be placed on a reserve list for any open spots in the future. Good luck to everyone in 2019! -Mat Commissioner, Third Era Fantasy Baseball
  2. I am a long-time fantasy sports commissioner looking for a replacement GMs to take over for a team whose previous GM was removed for inactivity. For the sake of background, I have been running a still-operational baseball league for 14 years, and this league was modeled after it. This is a real-team, salary cap, head-to-head league, which will include minor and junior league players. Currently, the position is for the New York Islanders. The team is currently legal and has all picks for upcoming drafts. Unfortunately (for fortunately if you like a challenge) the team is in dead last, although I was able to pick up the team's lone victory for them when I took temporary control. We're only looking for active GMs. My leagues have been able to survive this long because of active managers. League rules can be found HERE on our website. The league is played on Fantrax. The best part: it's free! All my leagues are free to play, but that doesn't make them any less competitive. If you are interested, please send me an email at ifsncommish@gmail.com. NOTE: I will not check this board for responses. The best way to get a hold of me is via email. Let me know your fantasy hockey background, as that could be a tie-breaker if we have multiple requests. Thanks and good luck to everyone this season, -Mat Commissioner, International Fantasy Hockey League
  3. I am a long-time fantasy sports commissioner looking for replacement GMs going into our fifth season. For the sake of background, I have been running a still-operational baseball league for 14 years, and this league was modeled after it. This is a real-team style league. Currently, the position is for the New York Islanders. The previous owner left after the previous season due to other commitments, so the team was active before being vacated. This is a salary cap league. The team is currently legal. The team also has five draft picks in our four-round draft that beings September 1st. Four of those picks are in the first round. We're only looking for active GMs. My leagues have been able to survive this long because of active managers. CAUTION: This is a very complex league. It's not hard to get, but it's more than just picking players and going. We have a 22-page rule book that will explain it all. Minor and junior leagues will be a part of the game, so expect a lot of time and research. The best part: it's free! All my leagues are free to play, but that doesn't make them any less competitive. If you are interested, please send me an email at ifhlcommish@gmail.com. NOTE: I will not check this board for responses. The best way to get a hold of me is via email. Let me know your fantasy hockey background, as that could be a tie-breaker if we have multiple requests. When I hear from you, I'll send you a link to our site and a copy of the rulebook to look over. Thanks and good luck to everyone next season, -Mat Commissioner, International Fantasy Hockey League
  4. I am a long-time fantasy sports commissioner looking for replacement GMs going into our 13th baseball season. The league is a real team, H2H keeper on Fantrax. And, best of all, it's free. Currently, the position is for the New York Yankees (roster below). The previous owner (who was in the league for 10 seasons) left this week due to other commitments, so the team was active before being vacated. This is a salary cap league. The team is currently under the cap and legal. The team also has two draft picks in our four-round draft that beings March 1st. We're only looking for active GMs. My leagues have been able to survive this long because of active managers. CAUTION: This is a very complex league. It's not hard to get, but it's more than just picking players and going. We have an 18-page rule book that will explain it all. Minor league players will be a part of the game, so expect a lot of time and research. If you are interested - or want to be put on a reserve list for future seasons - please send me an email at ifblcommish@gmail.com. Let me know your fantasy baseball background, as that could be a tie-breaker if we have multiple requests. When I hear from you, I'll send you a link to our site and a copy of the rulebook to look over.
