  1. the team is going into Sunday leading a playoff team, this team is much better than its record, the old owner was not setting his lineup. When Harvey and Thor come back to the SP staff this teams pitching will be amazing. Yelich is the highest scoring player in the whole league this week.
  2. This is a 4th year league (we played the first two years on yahoo and then moved over to ESPN for the last two). The league has a Proboards page for the storing of our minor league systems, drafts, trades and for the recording of league information. The Proboards page is normally only active during our offline draft but it is a requirement to join the site or you would not be able to trade, draft or manage your minor league rosters. Each team owns a minor league SYSTEM (I for example own the Brewers system) this means that they own every player in that minor league system that is not on another teams protected list. Each owner is able to PROTECT 30 minor league players each year which means that these players are owned by that manager all year no matter what happens (trades or passing rookie thresholds). Other members of that managers system are only “semi-protected” once they cross the rookie thresholds (150 ab or 50 ip) if they are not on the ESPN roster they will be passed through waivers and will be available to the whole league. If a non-protected player (ie., for me a Brewer) is traded during the season that player can be added to the system of the new team (if they own the system) but that new manager will have to drop one of his 30 protected players from his protected list. If he is traded to a non-owned system the old owner may elect to promote him to his protected list and drop one of his 30 from the list. No players who started the season as pure prospects (no mlb experience) may be added to rosters or minors except during the draft. In fact no players may be added to minors at all except through the draft or through trades. This league has a 7 SP limit for the week and going over that limit will result in penalties. Also we do not allow for relief pitchers to pitch anywhere except in the three RP slots, if you try to get around this by putting a pitcher with an SP designation in the SP slot and still filling your three RP slots there will be a penalty. You are never allowed to have more than three RPs slotted in your lineup at once. We lost a few owners last year when we moved from Yahoo to ESPN and we have had a horrible time filling those spots with owners active enough for this deep of a league – this is not a league where you can come in and just set your lineup and expect to be competitive. I identified three franchises who were not even close to active enough to be allowed to stay in the league and I removed them at the beginning of week. The first team (last place Indians has been filled so now I am going to fill the 5-10 Marlins now). This team is much better than its record and is kicking the 9-6 Phillies a** this week now that its roster is being set properly. I identified three franchises who were not even close to active enough to be allowed to stay in the league and I removed them at the beginning of week and oh boy what a difference it has made: The first team I have worked on fixing is the Indians, they currently are in last place with a 3-12 record but this week after I made some moves for the team and set the lineups properly they are beating the first place team and have the highest point total in the whole league. There are two drafts every year (a five round milb draft for the drafting of milb players from the 18 non owned franchises) and a 4 round mlb draft for the filling of ESPN rosters with MLB players. I am posting the Indians first as it is the first team I have whipped back into shape a bit and will post the other two teams after this one is filled. 4. had a couple of guys express interest and email me asking a question, but never heard from them after answering the question so the team is still available
  5. This is a sixth year ten team yahoo, ppr league with a few extra positions and deep rosters. It is possible to play two QBs if you want to (but you do not have to). Our commissioner did not come back this year so we have copied the league into a new yahoo league and moved all of the players over to the new league. One other team did not follow us to the new league and we are going to replace him now. If you are interested in the team please email my yahoo account which is ricseley. This team took 5th out of ten last year (mainly because the owner was not active towards the end of the year and the team lost two straight to close the season and drop from a tie for first into fifth place – first four teams finished 10-4 and this team was 9-5). This team will pick sixth in all four rounds of our offline draft which will start soon. 6. Need a dynasty league replacement

If you are asking someone to take over an existing team in a league which might turn into a pay league, I would think you would want to post the team and the settings before you ask if people are interested. I, for one, will not waste my time messaging every available opening on this site as I am looking for a specific type of league. It is a waste of time for you and for the people looking for a league to advertise this way - I would be very wary of any owner that says they are interested because they, in fact, know nothing about the league so how can they possibly be interested.

  10. You may message me directly to my yahoo email which is ricseley This is a 4th Year, 14 team, PPR, Yahoo, Dynasty League with defensive players, an expanded roster and an OP Slot (any offensive player can be inserted here, including a second QB). This team took seventh out of fourteen teams last year but has a great young core for a dynasty league (especially at the all-important QB position - with Dak, Winston and Deshaun Watson). This league started out as a two team mashup but all restrictions have since been removed and it is a normal dynasty now with 26 keepers each year and a four round draft to kick off the season. The draft is in inverse order of the previous year’s regular season standings. We are currently to the 7th selection in the second round of the draft and this team is on the clock, it has the 7th position in every round and selected Deshaun Watson with its first round pick.
