  1. Here we go again. Michael Givens in the 8th instead of the 9th. 😅 It will be very interesting to see who comes in for the 9th.
  2. I understand the 1,000 major leagues at-bats but to counter argue that. Buxton is 25. McMahan is 24. Not everyone becomes Mike Trout right away. It takes time and for others, it takes more time. Not to mention he was the #1 prospect of all baseball at one point. What we do know is he is young, added 21 pounds of muscle and is one and a half years ago, he had an outstanding second half. His strong spring brings optimism and hopes that he has the potential to turn it around, so spring training does matter.
  3. The logic on this forum is unreal. So Buxton spring training stats dont matter. Yet Ryan McMahon spring training does, their fantasy prima darling.
  4. Is bryon the girl who flirts with you but you know you have zero chance of scoring. Or is it a dream come true type of thing?
  5. I'm going by MLB depth charts. Jake Bauers is penciled in at 1B. Greg Allen is the 4th OF. I am confident that by season end he will be a starting OF as long as he continues to hit like he has in spring training. http://cleveland.indians.mlb.com/team/depth_chart/index.jsp?c_id=cle
  6. 1st / 2nd round rankings (My rankings) 1. Harper 2. Freeman 3. Lindor 4. Bregman 5. Machado The reason why Harper and Freeman are #1 and #2 is because of OBP. Since you have Trea Turner you can round out your team by having a power bat in Harper and Freeman. This year 1B is very thin so if you want to pick Freeman over Harper that is fine as well. If you somehow get Lindor, since you have Turner, I think you should be competitive with steals just with these two players. 3rd / 4th round rankings 1. Syndergaard 2. Correa 3. Cain I think these are the targets you should target in round 3 and 4. Syndergaard is an ace and SP is at a scarcity this year. Correa great bounce-back candidate and Cain is as steady as it comes. The rest I wouldn't worry about.
  7. It's hard to envision Luplow, Martin and Naquin who are their starting RF, CF, LF to maintain full-time jobs for the entire season.
  8. I really like Brandon Woodruff. If he somehow wins a rotation spot, look out! Can be a very productive starter this year. Also interested in Domingo German.
  9. Around pick 150th to 200th range I am assuming. Folty should return by early May. #Braves’ Foltynewicz (elbow) threw a side session on mound this morning without incident. No timetable for return but he’s basically starting spring training from scratch, so don’t expect him back before late April.
  10. Baltimore Orioles Bold Prediction - They sign Bartolo Colon to a minor league contract. By year-end, Big Sexy ends up becoming their best starting pitcher. 4.35 ERA 10 Wins
  11. Greg Allen is having a fantastic spring. If Mallex Smith is being drafted in the 120-150 range, then Greg Allen is definitely a value pick in all leagues where he is essentially for free. Greg Allen and Smith are very similar players and if Allen continues to hit throughout the season, he might be batting leadoff.
  12. Very nice team. You just need to be active on hitters throughout the year on free agent pool. The area of weakness is definitely your hitters.
  13. Oh this guy is still playing?? Good to know that he still is.
  14. The panic is real. Remember last year when kenley Jansen had low velocity in spring training.😂
  15. Really really solid team Work on your back end of your rotation and you should be good.
