Entry Fee: $57.50 x 24 = $1380 CBS Annual Fee: $150 League Champion: $600 League Runner Up: $250 3rd Place: $130 4th Place: $50 Division Champion(4): $50 Each CONSTITUTION WELCOME TO RUB SOME DIRT ON IT DYNASTY LEAGUE This is 24-team full keeper dynasty league. RULES: WEEKLY LINEUPS: Each team is to submit its weekly lineup each Monday before games start their weekly play on Mondays. LINEUP CHANGES DURING THE PERIOD: Each team will be allowed to replace an active player with a reserve player from their bench once the period has started as long as the player coming OUT of active status has not played in an MLB game that period and as long as the player going IN the active spot has not yet played as well in that period. (THIS IS ONLY FOR INJURED PLAYERS. ) The procedure an owner should take to make this request is to message the commish with the request and the commish will then verify that all is legit with the request. Once approved, the commish will make the change and post the change in a message to the league. SP/RP Eligibilty Rule If CBS gives a player both RP/SP eligibility then that player is allowed to be started in either RP or SP status. We will use 6 total active pitchers. Either 5 SP and 1 RP or 4 SP and 2 RP. Owners can choose week to week. Starting Pitching Max: We are allowed a total of 7 SP max per team. INJURED RESERVE: The ONLY time a player can be in IR status is if he is placed on DL by his MLB team. During offseason no players are allowed in IR status- unless his MLB team has DL'd the player. ILLEGAL ROSTERS (MINORS & INJURED RESERVE) If you get caught with a player in either a Minors or Injured Roster spot who does not qualify to be there, and moving that player to either an active or reserve roster spot would result in an illegal lineup with too many players, that player (the one that was illegally placed) will be dropped from your team and become a free agent! Do NOT ask to drop someone else in place. Only the Illegal player will be dropped! Making this possibly a very severe penalty 72-HOUR RULE: From the moment the MLB season ends you have 72 hour window to get your team to complete legal status. All players are to be off DL and teams will be legal 72 hours after the season is completed. You will need to make all roster adjustments, trade, drops, etc to get your lineup legal. MINOR LEAGUE PLAYERS: The only players who may be put in Minor League spots are players who have 150 or fewer career AB’s or 50 or fewer career innings pitched. Players that are coming to MLB that are coming from Japan, Cuba, or any other foreign league from last year, are not eligible for minor league status unless they are sent down to the minors during the season (and not for rehab reasons). If, a Minor league player on your roster, gets called up by his Major League team you are allowed to keep that player in minors status for the rest of the season. However, if you call that player up to active or reserve status, you may NOT return that player to minors status unless his MLB team sends him back down to the minors. To add a Free Agent player DURING THE SEASON to one of your minor league slots, that player must be a minor leaguer at the time of selection. Also, if an owner trades for a player in another owners minors slot, that player must be a minor leaguer at the time of the trade for the acquiring team to put that player into one of his minors slots. No MLB player sent to the minors for a REHAB ASSIGNMENT by his MLB club may be minor leagued by his fantasy owner. If there is a question as to whether the assignment is Rehab or Demotion, the Commish will use his best judgement in making a ruling. UNLISTED PLAYERS: You may add an unlisted player. This is separate from the waiver claim and International waiver claim. These are players who are already signed with MLB affiliated franchises and are in the minor leagues. These players can be requested as Unlisted adds on a first come first serve basis. The player must be affiliated with a MLB franchise, minor leagues, etc etc. ENTRY DRAFT: Each year we will have a 3 round draft sometime after major league baseball holds it's first year player entry draft. This draft will include players drafted in the MLB draft and all international players signed since the beginning of the previous RSD draft. The order of this draft will be the reverse of the final standings based on W/L record from the previous season. So worst team from previous year picks first, best team picks last. The total number of minors slots on each team will remain the same, so owners will have to make a decision whether as to keep the player they picked and drop another minor from their roster if necessary, or to keep their minors as is and not keep their drafted rookie. WAIVERS: MLB player gets dropped by a team, he is on waivers automatically for 24 hours. Any team can simply go to add him to your team and he stays in a queue until waivers run 24 hours later, whatever team has highest waiver ranking wins the claim. If player is not claimed by any team, he then becomes free game for all teams after 24 hour period. The waiver order is in your add drop feature PLAYOFFS 2018 modification: 12 Teams will make the playoffs. The 4 Division winners and the next best 8 teams. The League will be split into 2 leagues. The American League and The National League. Each league will have an East and a West Division. Each League will have 4 playoff teams. The 2 division winners, and 2 wild card teams. the wild card teams will be the 2 best teams in their league, after the division winners. Thus, there will be a total of 8 playoff teams. The 2 division winners in each league will be seeded 1 and 2, and the 2 wild cards will be seeded 3 and 4. Divisional Playoff Series Week: American League Division winner with best record (#1 seed) vs American League Wild Card winner with rower record (#4 Seed) American League division winner with lower record (#2 seed) vs American League Wild Card Winner with Higher record (#3 Seed) National League Division winner with best record (#1 seed) vs National League Wild Card winner with rower record (#4 Seed) National League division winner with lower record (#2 seed) vs National League Wild Card Winner with Higher record (#3 Seed) League Championship Series Week: The 2 American League Division Series winners play each other and the 2 National League Division Series winners play each other. World Series Week: The American League Champion plays the National League Champion. OFF-SEASON TRADES: After the season is over, the trading option will OPEN TIEBREAKERS: In the event of a tie for a division title, the winner will be decided in the following order. 1)Head to Head matchup. 2) Division Record. 3) Total Fantasy Points Scored. In the event of a tie for a wildcard spot or playoff seed, the winner will be decided in the following order. 1) H2H matchup. 2) total fantasy points scored. In the event of more than 2 teams tied for a WildCard spot, the tiebreaker will be total points scored. UNLISTED PLAYERS TAKEN: It is the responsibility of each team to periodically check their rosters to see if any of their unlisted players are now listed by CBS. IF one of your unlisted players should become listed, please notify the commish, and he will add the listed player and remove the "unlisted" version of that player from your team.....PLEASE BE DILIGENT ABOUT THIS AS IF YOU ARE NOT, A TEAM MAY NOT NOTICE WHO'S ON WHO'S TEAM AND ADD A NEWLY LISTED PLAYER THAT IS OWNED BY A DIFFERENT TEAM AS AN UNLISTED PLAYER CREATING 2 OF THE SAME EXACT PLAYER. The original team will retain the rights to this player, but not paying attention will cause problems.... TRADE COMMITTEE: In 2018, A trade committee has been formed. If a trade is questioned the committee will discuss and come to a conclusion. The committee consists of: Chris M-St Louis, Dan N-Boston, Matt G-Chi Cubs, Neil B-CWS, Mike Pretchel - NYY. This process will be reviewed at the end of the season. Probable StartStarting TodayInjurySuspendedPlayer NewsHot PlayerCold Player

Each team will consist of 30 major league players and 25 minor-league players. A.2. Each Major League roster consists of 30 players: Catchers = 1 First baseman = 1 Second baseman = 1 Shortstop = 1 Third baseman = 1 Middle Infielder = 1 Corner Infielder = 1 Outfielders = 3 Utility player (Any Hitter) = 1 Pitchers (5 SP/2 RP) = 7 Total Roster = 30 Bench = 12 players DL spots -=unlimited during the season. Off Season all players must be on active roster. A.3 - Pitching Rule - with Weekly Lock, there is no rule needed at this time Each Minor League roster consists of 25 players: Minor league eligibility is determined by not surpassing a 130 AB/50 IP threshold. A player may remain on the Minor League even if he is called up by his parent club so long as he has 130AB/50IP or less. That player can stay in the minors for the entire season if he begins the year on 4/1 under the minimum. Exception will be if that player is brought up by his/her owner that player must stay on the major league roster unless the player is sent down and is still below the 130/50 limits. A.4 Player Retention – Players remain on team roster until dropped or traded. Roster moves (Adds/Drops/Trades) are permitted in the offseason A.5. DL - When a player is placed on the official MLB DL and has the 'DL' added next to his name on CBS, he becomes eligible for DL protection. No deviations. Each franchise is permitted DL slots until our season end. B. FEES B 1. The entrance fee is $60 which includes CBS Fees($150-$180/year) C: DRAFTS C.1. START UP SEASON DRAFT ORDER – When all fees have been collected by Leaguesafe. All email addresses will be entered into the Rotoworld draft order randomizer. This will email a random draft to all 16 owners simultaneously. This is purely randomized and Commissioner has no control over the draft order outcome. The order will be for the MINOR LEAGUE draft. The draft order for the MAJOR LEAGUE draft will be an exact reverse. CBS App will randomize the draft order of which the commissioner has no control. C.1 We will hold our league start up draft with Majors player being taken in Rds 1-27 through the CBS App. No prospect can be drafted until Rd 28 which is when our Minor league and International Free Agents signed before the draft begins can be picked. Rd 28 forward, no player qualifying for Majors can be picked. To clarify: A Majors player will have 150 or more ABs, 50 or more IPs. C.2 International Free Agents signed AFTER the draft has begun are not eligible until next years prospect draft. C.3. 1ST YEAR PLAYER & FOREIGN DRAFT – Each preseason (Date TBD) we will have an optional 5 round Rookie draft. Franchises are not mandated to participate, but those doing so will need to drop enough players (up to 5) to clear room for these new picks. This will include all ‘Traditionally regarded Rookies’ (players drafted in MLB draft prior Summer), all overseas players that have signed with a MLB Team.. Overseas players that have NOT officially signed with a MLB team may not be drafted if they have not signed by the time the first pick is made. They will have to stay in the Free Agent pool until the following draft. ‘Traditionally regarded Rookies’ are protected until the annual Rookie Draft. They may NOT be added during any other period. Draft order will be determined by the inverse standings of the regular season of prior year. Draft will be straight, not serpentine. D. OFF SEASON WINTER MEETINGS D.1. Winter Meetings will be held TBD to discuss potential rule changes etc. E. PLAYER POSITION ELIGIBILITY E.1.. To be eligible for a position, a player must have appeared in 10 games at that position in the previous MLB season OR appeared at that position 5 times in the current MLB season. Minor league promotions default to the position they most appeared at in the current Minor League season (or prior season if less than 10 games into current season) F: SCORING F.1.
