  1. velocity still up a few ticks this spring; just touched 95 a couple times vs Suarez
  2. Chase Utley Jr. .578 OPS vs LHP in '18 .961 OPS vs RHP in '18
  3. Much like Trevor Story, Hampson has been lauded for his intangibles at every stop so far.
  4. bump really coming into his own this month
  5. His change piece was looking filthy in his last outing
  6. No chance this year, but under similar circumstances next season, you never know. Bauers is a very mature player for his age as is Rowdy Tellez.
  7. Fried dropping the hammer curve on kids this June. Skyrocketing back up the prospect lists...
  8. 4 for 5 with 2 RBI tonight... 20 for 39 over L10... wow Sniffing .400 now through 98 at-bats on the season; 3/4 SO/BB over L10 for those concerned with the high amount of Ks brings season line to: .388/.439/.592/1.031
  9. 3 more hits last night lol. Bader-Grichuk-Piscotty starting outfield post-all-star break in 2017. All well-rounded, all right-handed and all homegrown.
  10. bump for one of the sweetest swings in the minors; hitting .400 over his last 10 in the Southern League .291/.360/.506/.866 into today
  11. 4 for 5 last night with his third HR of the season... starting to show that pop in his bat and cutting down on the strikeouts (just two over last six games). .338/.397/.493/.890 into Thursday.
  12. Following the footsteps of Piscotty, just a few inches shorter and a bit more speed. The 21-year-old Bader is out of the University of Florida by way of the '15 draft class (3rd rounder) and is starting out at AA after a solid Midwest League debut showing last season. Has recorded at least two hits in each of first four games this season and is 9 for 19 overall (8 singles, 2B, SB). Stands 6' 195, above average tools across the board. Type of guy that can play all three outfield spots and hit anywhere in the lineup.
