  1. What about Marlon Mack and Tyler Boyd for Melvin Gordon and Curtis Samuel? Good deal?
  2. I think I’d go Williams, but wouldn’t blame you for starting Godwin.
  3. I think I’d go Mayfield, but it’s really close.
  4. Boyd and McLaurin or Woods if McLaurin is out.
  5. That’s a tough call. I would probably go Godwin, but wouldn’t blame you if you go Kirk.
  6. I actually would go after Gallup. He’s going to be involved and is a high end WR2 if Cooper gets banged up.
  7. Montgomery and Michel. I think Pats feed Sony.
  8. I’m 3-0 and own Melvin Gordon in a 14 team PPR league. I’ve been offered Marlon Mack for Gordon. Do I take it? Mack would be my Flex. We get bonus points for +100 yds rush/rec and 10 pts per TD. Heres my team - QB - Deshaun Watson RB - Dalvin Cook RB - Joe Mixin WR - Odell Beckham WR - Stefon Diggs TE - Mark Andrews Flex - Melvin Gordon Bench - DeMarcus Robinson, John Brown, Curtis Samuel, Mike’s Sanders, Alexander Mattison, Tony Pollard, Jered Goff Do I take it? Please help!! WHIR!!
  9. Hoskins has actually been outperforming his metrics...he’s due for some regression. Olsen.
  10. I think you’re getting Arenado at a bargain...he’s elite. Pull the trigger.
  11. That’s a tough call. I think Robles has the highest upside, but I’d roll with Laureano. He is on fire.
  12. While Blackmon is a stud, you might be better served aiming higher. Springer is having a heckuva season. I’d aim a tad higher.
  13. 12 team NL ONLY 5x5 Roto league.I’m in first and trying to fend off the challengers for 2nd. My weakest categories are batting average and in wins.I built up my lead with great starting pitching, though I’m ahead of the games-started pace and want to stay solid in the ratios while gaining some Ks. Enter in Josh Hader. The Hader owner and I have gone back and forth and he is now asking for the following - I get - Jean Segura, Josh HaderI trade - Paul Goldschmidt, Carlos MartinezI’m really at my wits end with Goldschmidt...he’s hitting a paltry .765 OPS on the year and his batting average is a drain. I’m also a bit leery of Carlos Martinez holding onto the closer’s job the rest of the way. He has such a history of breaking down and has been far from sharp thus far. Here’s my team - C - RealmutoC - Molina (injured)1b - Hosmer2b - D MurphySS - DeJong3b - E EscobarCI - Moustakas MI - J McNeilOF - BlackmonOF - DahlOF - B ReynoldsOF - J DysonUtil - Goldschmidt Util - K NewmanBench - Dom SmithBench - Inciarte SP - GreinkeSP - CorbinSP - HendricksSP - KershawSP - PaddackRP - JansenRP - KimbrelRP - C MartinezRP - Iglesias RP - J UriasBench - B Woodruff- injuredAny thoughts? Is this a sensible deal to make? Martinez could lose his gig any day now or get traded. Is this too rash? Thanks!! whir!!
  14. In a 12 tm NL-ONLY 5x5 Roto and I’m getting frustrated with Goldschmidt’s mediocre production. He still has the name value and I’m wondering which bats would make sense in a 1 for 1 deal. Keep in mind, I’d like to stay away from those guys that could be dealt at the deadline. Here’s a list of guys I think I’d trade Goldschmidt for....please let me know your thoughts - The top group aren’t relevant because their owners won’t deal them for Gold (I’ve talked to them). Top tier Yelich Arenado Acuna Bellinger Baez Bryant Freeman Josh Bell Rizzo Hoskins Ozuna Moustakas T Turner Soto Blackmon Tatis Here are potential candidates - S Marte - i worry Pirates move him at the deadline...maybe him? M Muncy - Can’t argue with his production in the powerful Dodgers lineup Rendon - Another stud...but one whose contract is up at end of year. Risky! Suarez - strong production at 3b Any other possibilities? Please weigh in and I’ll help you! WHIR!!
