  1. H2H 14 man league with 5 SP. 2 keepers allowed. I am keeping Severino as a 15th pick automatically because I picked him off waivers last year. Someone that isn't keeping Kluber just offered me him and a 9th pick for my 1st pick. I was originally going to keep Strasburg and lose my 3rd pick. I think that if I can get the other player to agree to giving me his 7th round that would be worth it. What do you guys think?
  2. Would it be better to keep stras in 3rd round and severino as 15th round pick, and just try to draft dozier in the second?
  3. Yeah I think I'm going with this. Here's a follow-up question: Would it be bad to try to pick up Stras in the 4th round?
  4. In a H2H, 14 team, 5SP league. We are able to keep two of our players at their draft price. If they were picked up off waivers it's automatically round 15. I'm definitely keeping Dozier who I got in the 3rd round. I can either take Strasburg who I traded for from another team who drafted him in the 3rd round as well, so I would lose round 4's pick. Or, I can take Severino who was a waiver wire addition, so I would only lose round 15. Am I crazy to think of taking Strasburg over Severino? Losing two picks in a row is tough, so I'm trying to decide if Strasburg would equate to a 4th round pick right now. I like Severino but I can see him regressing this year and Strasburg 2nd in rotation to me is just always a lock for a good season. Thanks for the help. Quote Quote

  6. I agree with all of this except from a dynasty perspective. I would trade Dez/ASG for TYH in a dynasty league as a 2 for 2 type deal. Not all WR1's are guaranteed gold, but Hilton goes OFF with Luck, and there's no way Luck is done for good... even if this season he's a bust again.
  7. Keep Foles. Try to trade Wentz for a backup like Bridgewater, Bradford, MCCarron and a 2nd/3rd round pick.
  8. The only thing that doesn't make sense to me here with this theory is that McDaniels isn't special. This has been proven by his previous stints as a HC. I think it was a mixture of both the stability of staying in NE and something being fishy with Luck... Colts without Luck are worse than the browns. McDaniels knows that his rep. as a HC is already tainted and he as seen as BB's bitch-boy and he wants to wait for a better opportunity to change that motif. JMO.
  9. No I'm just giving an example of one of the advantages Gronk can potentially bring to the table. It's not like when someone drafts gronk everyone goes nuts and starts drafting TE'S (like QB, etc.). So you can get your actual TE position player in the 6th round and still have one of the top options, AND gronk as your FLEX. there's still plenty of depth at WR in 3-4-5. You grab an RB in the second, late round QB or you stream QBS all season. It's not the worst strategy.
  10. Yes but you're also taking out 2 huge players at a position that is light on elite scoring if you draft gronk with a kelce/ertz/graham
  11. Gronk is the perfect person to pick up as a permanent FLEX. You can still stream TE's or get a decent one in the late-mid rounds. I did this in two leagues: Had Gronk with Engram and/or stream, and another league I had him with Ertz. I won both those leagues and one of them is a dynasty. It is a contrarian strategy but as long as you are good at being active on the waiver wire to fill in potential gaps at WR, it's a very strong one. Gronk is the only player in fantasy football that allows you to do something like this.
  12. 1.) Gurley 2.) Bell 3.) Brown 4.) Hopkins 5.) Zeke 6.) D. Johnson 7.) Gordon 8.) McCoy 9.) OBJ 10.) Kamara 11.) Gronk 12.) Jones 13.) M. Thomas 14.) AJ Green 15.) Hunt 16.) Fournette 17.) Freeman 18.) K. Allen 19.) TY Hilton 20.) Evans I wouldn't put D Cook or Ingram in the top 20.
  13. This is all talk. He'll be on the field next year collecting $14.5 a year. Increase his bonus a little bit if you want to play it safe and so he stops this nonsense.
  14. Wouldn't be surprised if Henry was the RB1 and Murray handled 3D/chance of pace plays in 2018.
  15. There could had been plenty of opportunities to play both Drake and Lewis. These are two players that you should not be deciding between.
  16. You guys are heavily overreacting. Drake will dominate most carries. Damien will handle primarily 3DB role. There will probably be a handful of 2RB formations as well. Drake was always supposed to be your STUD flex or rb2 with rb1 upside at best. That does not change.
  17. Very good point. That would be so much better for him honestly.
  18. I wouldn't be surprised. Cole got touches/td with him in the game regardless. Can't see them not increasing his production next week.
  19. Is anyone worried about Adams from a dynasty perspective? He has another concussion and his contract ends in 2018. I believe he's the youngest starting WR on the team but could there be a possibility of GB cutting him loose? I could see GB transform and be run-first next year with aging WRS.
  20. I wouldn't take any of those qbs. I don't think Dobbs is the Steelers' future answer. Palmer's done. McCarron MAYBE but i would think you could find better. I don't see any future value in Tyrod either. Winston will be better next year, and hold on to Gabbert.
