  1. Depends on the league / situation. Nothing is black and white. my rb depth in a 1rb starting league is: gurley, carson, lindsey, lewis, bernard, cannon. Obviously I would like more depth in the near futrue, but my WR depth was horrendous before this trade.
  2. Yeah, sucks to get Cortland Sutton when I could have had Keelan Cole and a WR2 with a history of injuries that just got DT...
  3. I always try to "follow the money" with these type of situations. TJ Jones Contract - One year, 1.9 million guaranteed. Powell's contract: Current Contract Year Age Base Salary (Guaranteed) Bonuses Cap Number Cap % Dead Money & Cap Savings Cut (pre-June 1)Cut (post-June 1)Trade (pre-June 1)Trade (post-June 1)RestructureExtension Prorated Roster Workout Other Total $1,710,000 $12,000 $0 $0 $0 $1,722,000 2018 23 $480,000 $32,000 $4,000 $0 $0 $0 $484,000 0.3% $44,000 $440,000 2019 24 $570,000 $4,000 $0 $0 $0 $574,000 0.3% $8,000 $566,000 2020 25 $660,000 $4,000 $0 $0 $0 $664,000 0.3% $4,000 $660,000 TJ Jones more than likely will not be a Lion next year. I don't think Powell is going to be the "game-changer" for season-long leagues, but for Dynasty purposes I believe this dude is a must-add for WR depth (especially if you have a taxi squad). I just dropped Rishard Matthews for him (wow BIG RISK i know!), but I am super excited for this guy. I think you MIGHT get a game or two out of TJ Jones this year (I could be wrong, but I don't think Powell has played a snap this season). But long-term value Powell's your guy.
  4. He'll be more involved going forward, but he was never worth his draft slot this year. He's a high-end WR3 with a floor of a bench-stash.
  5. I traded pretty big for Sutton in my Dynasty last week. I think he's the future star there for sure- I can't imagine DT not being traded by tomorrow.
  6. I missed the boat on McGuire. I had him last year then dropped him in the off-season when crowell joined the team.
  7. From a dynasty standpoint, I think he's a good add to hold onto- especially if you have a taxi squad. I picked him up in mine in hopes that he grows with the rest of the young guys on the Jets. Jets are becoming the perfect young, stash players type team for dynasty purposes (picked up herndon, cannon, darnold, anderson, rishard in my leagues)
  8. I picked him up in my 14-team league. My dynasty league he was already taken which is pretty deep.
  9. He was supposed to be so much more before his injuries. Davis keeps dropping the ball and missing opportunities.
  10. Nelson, Richard, Cook getting most looks. Roberts in the slot. Martavis will be a deep play threat that we don't see a lot in OAK. I picked him up in one of my leagues "just incase", but if I wanted to put in players like him in my FLEX with the highest ceiling, I would be playing Tyrell Williams.
  11. Anderson might be sidelined this week. Is this Matthews' last chance at breaking through?
  12. It was a big trade: (posted it in the other thread): Michel, Fuller, Cole, Jimmy G for Baldwin, Edelman, Sutton, Darnold (dynasty league)
  13. Is Zach Cunningham the real deal or is he just on an absurd streak? I have Blake Martinez & Alonso as well as Cunningham, and I only start one LB in my league- I'm wondering if he's worth the long-term hold or if I should make room for another position.
  14. Dynasty league, .5PPR: 1QB, 1RB, 2WRS, 1W/T, 1W/R, 1W/T/R, 1LB, 1DB, 1DL- 15 bench Traded: Michel, Fuller, Cole, Jimmy g. Received: Baldwin, Edelman, Sutton, Darnold Team now: QB: Ben, Stafford, Darnold RB: Gurley, Lewis, Lindsey, Carson, Bernard, Cannon WR: Evans, Baldwin, Edelman, Fitz, Watkins, Sanu, Sutton, Jakeem Grant, David Moore TE: Graham, Watson, Herndon
  15. Huge on Jets players this year for dynasty. This is one of the guys I think will be a long-term player for the Jets. Powell might be donezo after this season and Cannon is perfect for that job... how long does Crowell keep his starting job as well? I also do not think McGuire is the answer there. I'm high on Cannon right now for sure.
  16. Just traded him off and he was one of my favorites to add early last year (insert "sick brag"). I never thought I would be saying these words, but I believe Moncrief is the guy to own in JAX going forward.
  17. I was just adding players in my dynasty league off the WW and he was there, I went with Jakeem Grant over Sharpe for now. I still have no idea what they are doing in TEN, and it's too hard of a gauge for me to keep a roster spot for him.
  18. I would buy low on Tate because his floor still gets you more fpts/g than most of the waiver wire additions, esp in ppr leagues. Someone could trade you big for Chubb right now with all of these RB injuries. I'm not saying he isn't good, but this is the time to sell high on him if you think you can get more value from a trade-stance than playing him week to week. For example, I have Kamara, DJ, Chubb, Crowell, Foreman on my team. I can afford the upside in trade value to get a lower-floor RB and a high WR2 (or potentially WR2/high WR3) for Chubb right now.
  19. Bell messed up BAD with this. He now is in a game of chicken and does not want to concede. Steelers called his agent and his bluff and now it's going to bite him in the long-run, because Conner took off.
