  1. It's up now. However I'm not seeing any auction values. I know they had auction values last year. Anyone know what's up with this? Am I just missing it?
  2. Interested. Can I get more info on the available players in the dispersal? And more info on how contracts work? Reidcarley1@gmail.com
  3. I would like to join a deep dynasty league, at least 16 teams, preferably around 20, would even go up to 30. I am a committed and experienced fantasy owner. Currently in two dynasty leagues but would like to find a deeper league for a new challenge. I am only interested in playing for money, won't do free leagues. I prefer a startup but would take on an orphaned team if it looks workable. Please leave a message here if you have a dynasty league that needs a good owner. Thanks, Reid
  4. I am looking for something like this too. Cant help you out but if you have found something and need more let me know.
  5. Is this league free, no buy in or payouts? I am looking for a deep dynasty league but want to play for money.
  6. Yeah good point regarding 18 vs 12 team. I am sure no one will give up that much in 18. Push for as much as you can, and if that's Lauri/Ja, then that will do. Regarding Collins, i think i am pretty high on him in dynasty compared to most. While I don't expect him to break out in a big way this year, i think that's coming another year or two down the line. Think he needs a little more time to get his body up to nba standards. But his high level skill set and shot blocking ability make him very intriguing. I was stoked to get him as a cherry on top in my Zion deal. I think that will look pretty good 2-3 years from now. See him as someone who will pitch in a little across the board with good blocks and good percentages.
  7. Lonnie Walker has a "mini breakout" with 14 ppg, becomes spurs 6th man. Alex "The Dunking Steve Blake" Caruso becomes Lakers starting PG by thanksgiving. *not all that bold, i know, but I like bottom half of roster speculation
  8. I am wondering this as well. I emailed the support line and was just told "mid september." I bought it specifically for a dynasty startup auction draft. Big deal being dynasty and needed some help since it's hard to do mocks for auction. Draft was last Sunday the 15th.... would at least like to compare my results to their ranks to know how I did haha
  9. I am big on Collins long term. I think he is just scratching the surface if his potential. However, I am not really sure what to expect this year because I dont think he has quite put it all together yet. I think decent later round value as a blocks specialist with good percentages is a fair expectation, but he needs another year or two to reach his full potential and start pushing upper mid round value.
  10. Thanks everyone for the feedback. It's much appreciated. Good luck in your respective leagues.
  11. I am late to the party here, but my 2 cents - canvas the league and try get a better offer, if you haven't already, and if that is the best on the table, then yes still do it. Agree with everyone above. I think Zion is a bit over rated. I dont think he will suck, but I have doubts about the perennial top 10 upside most have him pegged for. Lauri + Ja could be amazing. I think it's at least a 50% chance Ja is the best player from this class. And someone out there is likely willing to give up a ton for zion. For a reference point, in case it helps, I just did the following trade in a 12 team, 8 cat, dynasty, and I am very stoked. I Send - Zion, Dennis Smith jr, Kevin Knox, otto porter jr I receive - Damian lillard, Pascal siakam, Zach Collins
  12. I already made this trade. Pulled the trigger last night. But I want to hear your feedback. Am I stupid or genius? Give me your feedback, comments, hate, etc. 12 team, 8 cat, head to head, dynasty. I won the rookie draft lottery and have (had) the rights to zion. I send: Zion, otto porter jr, Dennis Smith jr, Kevin Knox I receive: Damian Lillard, Pascal Siakam, Zach Collins My team after the trade: Damian Lillard Giannis Antetokounmpo Bradley Beal Pascal Siakam Jayson Tatum Wendell Carter Jr Jarrett Allen Terry Rozier Collin Sexton Cedi Osman Evan Fournier Zach Collins Tyus Jones Lonnie Walker Dario Saric My reasons for the trade: I personally am lower on Zion than most. I don't think he will bust by any means, I think he will be good, but I doubt the perennial top 5-10 upside that most have him pegged for, and therefore wanted to put my money where my mouth is and take advantage of his current trade value. I also believe acquiring Dame moves me into contention when paired with the rest of my roster. And lastly, I pushed hard to get siakam in the deal. I believe he will continue to improve and will be a top 20-30 asset for the next 5+ years.
  13. I have Will Barton and Kris Dunn with extended absences and 1 IR spot. Trying to decide if I keep both and ride out Dunn's 4-6 weeks with him on my bench. Or if I drop one for a waiver player and if so which should I keep on IR? I prefer Barton long term over Dunn but worried about Barton being out significantly longer. Reports say "reevaluate in 6 weeks", but he just had surgery on likely torn muscles. Feels like it could extend to 8 or 10 weeks at which point I wonder if Dunn is the better call. Team: Jrue Holiday Kris Dunn Malcolm Brogdon JJ Barea Barton Caris LeVert Jonathan Simmons (have waiver claim in for dinwiddie and drop Simmons, dinwiddie just hit waiver) Kyle Anderson Rondae Hollis-Jefferson Kevin Love Nikola Jokic Myles Turner Clint Capela Waiver: Dinwiddie (as mentioned have claim in) Sexton Rodney Hood Tyreke Evans Mo Bamba Larry Nance Frank Ntilikina Shai Gilgeous Alexander Any input is appreciated and of course will help in return.
  14. Jokic. He will be big in OREB for you. I think that's really the kicker. Also just a huge jokic fan. going to put up great numbers this year. Could see him pushing for 40/50/90 territory. I love his 6 ast out of the center spot. LeBron is going to be great too, always is, but jokic is your guy here.
  15. Me personally I think i'd rather just keep #24 and the 4th rounder. You can still get a good player in round 4. I think there will be quality players at 24/25 as well as round 4. Beal, Jrue Hliday, Middleton, Lowry, kevin love, andre Drummond all worthy targets at 24/25 if any are available. Round 4 i'd look for someone like Gary Harris (unlikely), Jamal Murray, Ricky Rubio, Deandre Ayton, Josh Richardson, Will Barton, John Collins. I'd rather keep the 4th rounder.
  16. I'd keep RHJ. I'm a fan. Collison safe and ok as someone said, but limited upside. If you want to gamble on fultz, i'd say it's worth dropping collison. Opportunity cost is lowest there imo. fultz definitely a gamble though. that's not necessarily a knock on him, just that I feel like there's a very wide range of potential outcomes.
  17. Personally i'm not a big fan of Rondo or Favors, and feel like Vuc may have been slightly early. But i love the combo of AD, Gobert, Lowry. That's a great trio. Like the Barton pick and think Doncic in round 8 is great value. Overall not bad to my eye. You might need some more assists as i don't see any real assist guys outside Lowry, Doncic and Dunn (maybe rondo but i question how much he'll contribute fantasy wise at this point). Maybe some more threes as well, but you are better there than assists i think. I anticipate Rozier taking a step back compared to last year's stats with such a deep and healthy boston team. Even though i love his game, love him as a player, he's going to have a lot of competition for minutes and fantasy production. As for potential moves you could make... hard to say much without knowing what's on your waiver wire. But i'd consider dumping Favors for someone that will contribute in assists. If such a person exists on your waivers. If anyone is willing to trade for Rondo based on name value, i'd be all over that, but not sure what you can get. Anyway that's all i got. Good luck.
  18. Can't figure out how to edit my post above. Wanted to put this in there. If anyone wants to weigh in on my team, it would be much appreciated.
  19. 16 team, 9 category head to head (each category, rather than "one win"). I had 10th pick. Any thoughts are appreciated. Players to try to trade, categories to target. Feel like i'm thin at guard outside dame/lowry, but maybe they are enough to carry me there in a deep league... And a little worried about Capela's FT's hurting me but he's so dominant everywhere else... Maybe a little center heavy but I've heard since it's a deep league, having some extra bigs isn't a bad thing. Anyway, any thoughts are appreciated. WHIR. PG Damian Lillard SG Will Barton SF Josh Hart PF Deandre Ayton C Clint Capela G Kyle Lowry F Wendell Carter Jr UTIL Jordan Bell UTIL Cedi Osman BENCH Dennis Schroeder BENCH Harry Giles BENCH Derrick White/DeAnthony Melton* *note on Derrick White/DeAnthony Melton, I waffled between him and deanthony melton for last pick. decided after the draft i'd rather have melton for potential upside in minutes. have waiver claim in and will have melton assuming that goes through. Thanks
  20. I agree with paokmaniak. But it might be easier said than done. Covington's defensive stats are great. I'd like to keep him if I could. If you can get anything for Schroeder/Gibson, that's worth a try. Schroeder name value might help. Not big on Schroeder myself. It's possible he carves out some solid value as a 6th man, but I think it's a gamble. Don't thunder like to stagger Westbrook/George? (not 100% sure on that, don't watch a ton of thunder, but that's what i'd do if I had that team, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong). Anyway, assuming they do that would limit his 6th man potential in my opinion. Less ball handling responsibility than a traditional 6th man. I wound up with him myself in a 16 team league and am hoping for a good start while Andre Roberson is recovering from last year's injury (should result in some extra minutes) and then try to flip him if I can.
  21. You will have two picks at the turn, no? Id do love for double doubles plus whoever is available/preferred between the guards mentioned above. Uncertainty around butler's situation has me a little shy on him, but if you are fine with risk he can obviously put up big numbers.
