  1. James Paxton 2018 Outlook

I haven't seen anything more definite. I'm planning to keep him on the DL this in my weekly league (unless there is definitive word he looks great etc)
  2. Carlos Martinez 2018 Outlook

Damn wait so he'll have RP eligibility next season? That's pretty sweet. Well, not if you own him this season :-/
  3. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. - 3B TOR

All this speaks volumes about the need to change some of these ridiculous rules. The best players should be on the field.
  4. Tyler Glasnow 2018 Outlook

    SP/RP eligibility gold!
  5. Robinson Cano 2018 Outlook

Any confirmation that he is with the M's on the 14th?
  6. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

This is all logical, I can't argue with any of it. I just have a non-quantitative hunch that he will be that much better in '19, which is downright scary.
  7. Tyler Glasnow 2018 Outlook

I'm in. Much rather gamble on his upside than your standard WW back end SP.
  8. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

    We'll revisit next spring.
  9. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

Is he a first rounder yet? (in re-draft)
  10. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

    Uh. Wow.
  11. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

    Exactly.
  12. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

Noted. Should have left that part out. Given Soto's virtually limitless offensive potential, its highly unlikely that him being even a below average fielder would impact his fantasy outlook significantly, if at all. (assuming he reaches the rarified level he appears capable of). My take. Ok back to business now lol!
  13. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

J-Mart isn't a potentially generational player. And he's 30, virtually zero chance of improvement. What Soto is doing at 19 is virtually unprecedented. Plenty of time to learn in the bigs and (very likely) be a league average defender or better. Its ridiculous to talk about his defense.
  14. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

Unless you are in a league that has scoring for defense...WHO CARES? Plus he's 19, most top prospects his age are in low A or rookie ball, or in college. Chillax.
  15. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

Interesting, but doubtful. I appreciate your take here, but baseball is slow to change and there simply aren't many kids who can perform at this level at his age.
  16. Juan Soto 2018 Outlook

Lord. Lets bask in the glory of Soto. I'm sure we have better things to do than name call.
  17. Corey Kluber 2018 Outlook

Any local flavor here? Any talk of getting the knee looked at?
  18. Masahiro Tanaka 2018 Outlook

Ok 35th in my league. That's above the meh-ndoza line. Yup, its a thing. Now. 😂
  19. Masahiro Tanaka 2018 Outlook

He's top 30 in SP points. Meh or no meh. That plays.
  20. Corey Kluber 2018 Outlook

Keep in mind he might want to just push through a lingering issue. Trying to "help the team"
  21. Nick Pivetta 2018 Outlook

True. But he's been mostly meh for a good stretch now. I have watched parts of most of his starts. All the xStats are great, but when his 9Ks come with 4ER and shakey command its hard to keep the faith.
  22. Nick Pivetta 2018 Outlook

What spots are you picking if he rolls over for a mostly AAA lineup like the Pads? I was at the game. Too much hard contact.
  23. Walker Buehler 2018 Outlook

Feel free to drop him. I would be delighted to pick him up if I was in that league.
  24. Walker Buehler 2018 Outlook

Seems possible IMO. He's already had some "innings" management so having having him as part of a 6 man rotation for a few turns is fine by me. Those situations have a way of working themselves out.
  25. Walker Buehler 2018 Outlook

My guess is he gets slotted in to start late next week. Hopefully it's clarified in time for weekly leaguers like me.
