  1. I traded Jared Cook, who was my 3rd TE behind OJ Howard & Kelce, straight up for Ekeler a couple weeks before Gordon got hurt. Gordon goes down & it has the feeling like it was gonna be league winning move...obviously thus far it has not worked out that way lol. I mean hes gotta bust out vs the Bungles tho right? RIGHT?????
  2. Not all targets/touches are created equal! The number of touches is important no doubt, but you gotta look deeper then just how many and determine the value in each touch. Davis might be getting littered with targets but whats their worth coming from Mariota in a stale offense that hasnt impressed outside of the Philly game?? Ekelers touches while the quantity is less, he has proven far more productive. The Chargers offense as a whole is better and I trust Phillip Rivers and their O-line alot more then I do the Titans and he leads the NFL in YAC!! It isnt the easiest decision to start a guy like Ekeler I get it but how many more weeks does he have to produce before you put em out there?!?!
  3. I liked what I saw from Clement last night. He clearly looked like the superior back when he had the ball, he got a few catches and punched in a short TD. Im very encouraged by what I sawlast night. As long as Philly doesnt bring in Shady or Bell I think he will produce
  4. Id go Ekeler & Coutee. Alfs game script should be terrible, I can see him being phased out early similar to what happened to Marshawn last week. Smallwood and Davis' workload are actually probably higher then Ekeler's but neither really catch many balls and Ekeler has proven productive on limited touches already so Id feel safer going with him.
  5. Dont like Sanders here, maybe he gets some garbage time stats but Keenum has looked bad and the Rams are going to give him fits! The easy way out of this would be for Cooks to not make it thru the protocol. Then you can throw Gordon in with peace of mind lol. However if Cooks plays I think you gotta stick with him. Its a prime spot for Gordon and Im actually starting him this week in a 16 teamer, but I dont have Cooks as an option there and if I did, eventhough I LOVE Josh hes just not getting enough snaps to start over a proven stud...YET!!
  6. Id go Clement just off the strength of not knowing whether AP will make it thru 4 quarters being banged up coming into the game. I think if I owned McCoy Id be starting him over Clement this week until I get a better feel for the split of work. Collins is a distant 3rd for me esp in PPR. Rivers has a tough 1pm road game, Id roll with Winston the matchup is just too good! Cant really go wrong with either matchup but I prefer Boyd bc I feel he has the higher ceiling this week. It just feels like one of those Julio blowup games to me, Ridley could still perform well I just dont think its a ceiling week for him. With the likelihood Haden shadows AJG it should leave a bunch of targets for Boyd to have a day Clement hands down. Very little confidence in either of the other guys right now.
  7. 16-team full point PPR 2 of these 3 RBs... Howard @ MIA Clement @ NYG Ekeler @ CLE
