  1. The only business the Suns care about is draft picks. It doesn't matter if he's healthy or not; he'll be shut down. The Suns don't want their star player going down like Derrick Rose (imagine the hate the Suns organization would get then, playing their star player in a game that doesn't matter). It's a lose-lose situation for the Suns and for fantasy owners. Selling high once he gets his groove back. Good luck.
  2. Last year, the Jazz were fighting for a playoff spot with multiple other teams. They made 5th seed only 2 games ahead of the 9th place team in their conference. That's how tight it was last year. I'm sure this had something to do with Rubio's post-All-Star break surge knowing that every passing game became more and more important. Too early to tell if this will be the situation this year, but if it starts looking like it I would buy low.
  3. Dec 8: 8 pts, 4 rebs (18 minutes) Dec 10: 13 pts, 6 rebs (29 minutes) Dec 13: 7 pts, 5 rebs (28 minutes) Dec 15: 23 pts, 7 rebs (37 minutes) Dec 17: 16 pts, 15 rebs (28 minutes) It's tough to trust him day to day because the Bulls are just that bad and he might not get his regular minutes. But for long-term ownership, things couldn't be looking better. Surprised by his increase in steals and blocks, too. Look for another good game from him tomorrow against Brooklyn, but don't expect many 3s with Brooklyn's above average 3-point defense.
  4. His value right now lies solely in his assists and defensive stats. He is the most undervalued consistent contributor in those categories I've seen this season. His shooting will come with time, but right now this is the biggest buy-low opportunity for him that you will ever see this season. Even with inconsistent scoring, I have never had second thoughts about drafting him. Maybe that's just because I'm in a category league, but maybe not.
  5. I hope so. I just traded Gobert and Ingles for him.
  6. What's with fewer minutes these last two games? He's the most underrated overall producer in the league, but I would like to see him filling up the points and threes categories a bit more.
  7. A guy in my league offered me Steven Adams for Montrezl Harrell. My scoring system is: FGM FTM 3PM PTS REB AST ST BLK DD TD Thoughts?
  8. Someone in my league dropped Ricky Rubio. Any takers on dropping Teague for him? PG: Jeff Teague, Devin Booker, Lou Williams SG: Eric Bledsoe, Dennis Smith Jr. SF: Joe Ingles, Giannis Antetokounmpo PF: Pascal Siakam, John Collins, Montrezl Harrell C: Jusif Nurkic, Rudy Gobert, Clint Capela
  9. Would anyone consider dropping him for Rubio? I want to hope that DSJ has a late-season run but I'd rather go with the guy who's done it before.
