Straily starting tonight for the River Cats. Looks like Andersons bullpen session yesterday went good enough for him to toe the bump for his Wednesday start.

Not liking that he walked 5 in 6IP tonight, but he prevented any damage. No ERs and only 3 hits. He needs to be on an MLB bump.

So disheartning.

not really, since the injury didn't sound serious in the first place, meaning he would have had a couple starts and sent back down. straily won't really get a fair shot until a serious injury to one of the 5, or someone starts imploding quite often. unfortunately i don't see this happening in the near future, but anything can happen i suppose. considering i own griffin and anderson i'm hoping parker or bartolo start getting rocked..

another W/QS. 5 walks though is a little concerning. nonetheless through 3 starts he's 3-0 with video game ratios, can't complain. As need to make a trade or something!

yesterday would have been his 5th day, and i didn't see a start on fangraphs. did they give an extra day of rest and pitching him today, or is the wait finally over?

edit: nevermind, use google first i guess. it's a shame he's stuck behind those 5 aces in Oakland.

Looks like he's getting to start for Oakland tomorrow - not a permanent gig, but the A's are giving Anderson some time to let the ankle heal.
