As has been asked, yes, we are back!

The league code to join (if you haven't already) is: 27416-9615

As always, you pick a team of 11 starters and 4 reserves with a budget of £100.0m. You can select up to three players from each Premier League team.

The competition kicks off with Gameweek 1 on the weekend of August 18th.

Good luck!

Double Games first week makes for tough choices

I loaded up on Reading and Chelsea players. Already come slightly undone by Mariappa being on the bench, but still looking to get off to a fast start.

Week 1: Federici, Terry, Shawcross, Mariappa, Walters, Bale, Van der Vaart, Mata, Pogrebynak, Aguero ©, Sturridge

Another awful season looming for Liverpool. Lost 3-0 away to West Brom, wow.

Fulham would be asking, Dempsey who? Huge win on opening day.

Yep two 5-0 score lines and not an arsenal or Liverpool figures in them

That Newcastle-Spurs game was fun to watch.

Spurs have lots of pace up front, although its obvious that van der Vaart and Sigurdsson won't play together. I am not touching either player this year (unless one of them gets injured). Sigurdsson is a good passer, strong set piece specialist, van der Vaart has a good shot from distance and more of a goal threat in general.

Wow, what a horrible way to start the season: 10 points from 7 players. On a personal note, kudos to Adam LeFondre for once again coming through with late-game heroics! URZ!!!

Looking forward to seeing the Chelsea and Man City matches tomorrow. I hadn't seen Chelsea up close and personal until the MLS All Star Game a few weeks ago. They were looking pretty good back then.

Dempsey seems destined for Arsenal right now.

What a crowded midfield if he goes there, someone maybe on the wayout

So far so good this opening weekend. Not site crash and I didn't bomb my opening week. Though Ramires not playing hurt a little. Here's hoping that this year is better than last for me.

Dempsey seems destined for Arsenal right now.

Please don't toy with me. Haven't I suffered enough? You can't give me this glimmer of hope, it's just not right.

How bad is the Knee injury to Augero. That could suck for city if out for a while

Sounds like Aguero will be out for a few weeks, but initial reports are that its not as bad as it looked.

LOL, I have some Arsenal fan friends who would really like some extra help. That being said, they're still pretty optimistic about Giroud. I'm still trying to figure out how he missed that sitter the other day.

I have really mixed feelings about tomorrow. I don't want to see Reading get manhandled by Chelsea, but I need it if I'm going to salvage the opening week.

I averaged only 2 points per player, just horrible. Already almost 60 points off the pace in this league, and 80+ in another.

Nowhere to go but up, right?

Gotta put Eden Hazard on your team, the guy is an assist machine.

Totally Agree will maybe the best points scorer all season without Goals

Week two in the book,

No real surprises

Arsenal will need time to settle in with all the new players but the squad looks OK. Patience

It's pretty sad that I had a good week for a change, and I'm still almost 30 points out of 5th place.

Help me, Michu, you're my only hope!

If you need a striker, get Sturridge (Liverpool). Great value at 7.5. He was always a very talented player and judging by what i saw today, he is a perfect fit in Liverpool's attack. He can hold the ball up in a central role or move out wide, and passes the ball well from either position. Decent ball control and an eye for goal. He had a great game today against defending champions Man City, and Liverpool play a double-header next week.
