Week 13 Waiver Wire Touts

45 posts in this topic

Depending on how hurt Harris is, 3 PT wizard John Jenkins could be a nice add in deeper leagues

EDIT: new week, new thread; please remember to offer some reasoning for your tout and refrain from requesting Roster Advice...thanks!

Eric Bledsoe, 5 games for the following week.

Deep leagues should also consider Odom. He's a little of everything except scoring.

If not mentioned earlier...Megatron Chris Johnson!!!!!!!!!!!! Dude is ranked 9th in BBM has the biggest impact on FG% than Tyson Chandler shooting 4/4 over 1 game.

I'ma gonna go out and drop Jefferson for this dude...

I think he meant AL Jefferson and I think he was being sarcastic, but then again you probably were, too by even mentioning Richard Jefferson....lol

Shannon Brown is a big winner for the "new" Suns.

why? Is the new coach going to be committed to him? I would love to hear your reasoning.....seriously..I am NOT being sarcastic.

I am a fan of Shannon brown and would love to see him get consistent minutes....

How about Bledsoe? Paul seems to have aggravated his knee injury towards the end of the Clippers GSW game. I'd imagine Vinny's gonna rest his franchise point guard especially in a 5 game week.

its on the front page of rotoworld

The Grizzlies have agreed to trade Marreese Speights, Josh Selby, Wayne Ellington and a future draft pick to the Cavs for Jon Leuer, according to various reports.

Picks are also thought to be involved in the deal. It's not quite the blockbuster deal that so many expected the Grizzlies to complete before the trade deadline, but it would be a move that sheds some money off of Memphis' books. Speights would be a solid acquisition for a Cavs team that just lost Anderson Varejao for the season and has the most to gain from a fantasy perspective in this deal.

Related: Josh Selby, Jon Leuer, Cavaliers, Wayne Ellington

Thinking about dropping Rubio for Granger. My teams making the playoffs, so he'll be playing again by the time it matters, but do you think he'll be producing? Will Rubio's game improve as he gets more minutes? I'm kinda thinking that with Shved and Barea also competing for that pg spot makes Rubio a little more unattractive, but Grangers gonna be out at least 3 more weeks apparently.

FYI, people come here to get advice on how to manage their team(s). I hope you're at least amusing yourself.

Anyway, Earl Clark is locked into the starting role for now and is universally available. Could be worth a look if you're desperate.

I'm curious how people feel regarding today's trade? How relevant will Speights or Ellington be. I feel like Ellington's presence could potentially hurt C.J. Miles a little bit. We all know Speights can play. What kind of minutes is he looking at?

I honestly think Zeller/TT will still pick up most of the time. Maybe Speights sees a little more time, but I doubt it will be anything to write home about

I got jacked twice recently. First, with Devin Harris, day after I added him he twists his ankle. Thought I got the jump on everyone grabbing him.

A week ago, I grab John Henson thinking this kids is going to get the starting job over Ilyasova and boom, Skiles leaves and Ilya goes off 2 games in a row where Henson gets 7 and 11 minutes. The kids does more than many guys do with it but geez, I cant buy a break.

Would anyone hold onto Henson here? The kid is so productive, look at his numbers, but am I in fantasy land?
