Which is the worse feeling?

Which feels dirtier after setting your lineup for the week in a weekly league, and the deadline for setting lineups has passed:

Finding out that a stud player you benched that you were certain was going to miss multiple games (per reports) is going to suit up after all and play every game that week?

or

Finding out a player you started is going to unexpectedly miss multiple games after that player said they were going to play or reports were saying the player would play/not miss any time?

Forgetting to set your lineup on Monday, but you don't think much of it, since you only missed 1 player's stats... and then you lose 2-7 instead of winning 7-2, and use your 4 moves on Saturday night to try to make up the stats.

Losing the week 5-4 because you lost points by 1 point. Looking back and noticing that you benched a player for a game and he scored 5 points. Looking back and realizing you still had 4 moves, and all it took was you dropping that player you benched who sucks anyways.... Realizing that winning 5-4 would've put you in a better seed against weaker opponents. Realizing that you could've beat the other teams you would've played had you beat that 1 team 5-4. Instead, you got blown out by a team you should've beat because guys like Ramon Sessions explode for 20/24asts against you... Dropping a player because they had a cold streak to start the season, only to have someone else pick them up and they explode. Realizing that if you kept that stud player you would've won every week including the one you lost 5-4 and the playoffs team.... Nikola Vucevic, I miss you :(
