....When a piece of garbage player like Miles Plumlee is considered a candidate for player of the year?

He's not going to win it though. He was in contention, but last night had to of killed all hopes for it. He was dominated by Len from start to finish.

It's really just a 3 player race for player of the year, between Trey Burke, Victor Oladipo, and Doug McDermott. Burke is probably the favorite to win it if the season ended today, but Oladipo is making a strong case lately.

I know,but the fact he Is even in the conversation is an abomination. I can remember a time when he wouldn't have made third team all ACC.

Yeah. There are a lot of high profile guys that fell down this year. Zeller has been a disappointment, as has all of the Kentucky and UNC players. Deshaun Thomas was supposed to be dominant and Canaan hasn't followed up his strong junior year with a top season. It's just that there are a lot of equal players, with no one really running away this year like Davis last year.

I'm also surprised Olynyk isn't getting more recognition. He's been a beast all year for the Zags.
