I just checked the Commish tools on Yahoo! and don't see anything related to your concern. I would just change it back to the original avatar and move on.

I know in our football leagus site you can change it. One of our owners who isnt really active online, we have tried to get him more involved and forcing him to navigate the site by changing his logo to a picture of a naked man.

I can't figure out how to do this. Wish I could. We have an owner (my brother) who isn't active enough. Changing his team pic would be awesome.
