Sean Rodriguez 2013 Season Outlook

He might be worth keeping an eye on. He doesn't get regular playing time but right now it seems as if his playing time has picked up. In a small sample size he is hitting .280 with a homer. The reason I say keep tabs is because he is eligible at 2B, SS and 3B. As of now he needs only 5 more for 1B. That is nice to have for a bench player.

People have been saying this for about 4 straight years. Except for a couple of those early years, people thought he could be a full-time player.

He's worthless.

I know all about this having been an owner before. Just saying that position eligibility can be hard to come by. Right now in ESPN leagues he needs 4 more games at !B to qualify along with another 4 games to qualify as an OF. If that were to happen he'd be eligible at 1B, 2B, SS, 3B and OF. Very rare to see that. Right now Madden is playing him (LF tonight) and he has been responding while Ryan Roberts seems to be going in reverse Yes that could all change as his history suggests but he could be a good spot starter and provide valuable depth to the bench while allowing flexibility to fill needs elsewhere without making multiple picks. I don't think Luke Scott or Matt Joyce have been anything to write home about.
