Sports Illustrated reports Aaron Hernandez has been questioned in a "possible homicide" in North Attleboro, Mass., but is "not believed to be a murder suspect."

However, SI reports "a vehicle rented in (Hernandez's) name has emerged as a key piece of evidence in the investigation." The body of a 27-year-old Boston man was found less than a mile from Hernandez's home on Monday. Hernandez was questioned by Massachusetts State Police, who were reportedly at his residence on Tuesday. A source close to Hernandez confirmed he has spoken with police. His player rep has declined comment.

Bristol County state police are checking IDs of 2 males attempting to leave Hernandez's house. Searching vehicle

Now 10 police cars. Looks like they'll be executing a search warrant

Police have entered Hernandez's home

Police have taken the 2 males into separate cruisers and have left the area

Way too soon to pass judgment of any sort - but at the very least, sounds like he or his family/close friends are keeping company with some bad dudes. Even if it's just that, it shows how challenging it is to keep star players with lots of $$ from finding trouble - here, it might be something simple as having a bad apple in his entourage (or even one person in his entourage being too close to some bad dudes).

Obviously, no reason to panic yet, but at the very least, Hernandez should review his friends list who have access to his house.

everything is aligning for tim tebow to be a starting TE/H-back in this offense ... sigh.

At this rate Jake Ballard will be a 6th rounder and Tebow will be draftable.

I know quite a few people from Bristol, CT. (Aaron's hometown). Every one of them has told me that Hernandez is the most hood dude who has ever lived in that town and it certainly shows on that rare occasion when he actually takes the field. Gotta love the "make it rain" TD celebration.

Point is, it's not out of the question to believe that Hernandez is either a bad dude or keeps the company of bad dudes so you never know what he may have gotten into. I hope he stays out of trouble, though, so somebody in my leagues can waste a selection by reaching for the brittle TE with an unreasonable pick.

When you make it rain, it pours. Hey, at least he left his face available for some nice jailhouse tats. How many teardrops do you think he'll end up with?

Least he's not a flight risk. He's not even a run risk.

This situation does not seem good for Hernandez. Not saying that he had anything to do with this associates death but if he was part of hiding something and/or covered up something, big problems for him and the Pats.

I just want to know how far he'll slide in drafts.

He may or may not have done it, but if you have heard him talk he is definitely all hood. If he did not do this, hopefully he will he use this as a wake up call to maybe re-align himself with better people. It sounds like he, or someone in his entourage killed this guy. Too soon to pass judgement, but this is not looking great for him.

The family of homicide victim Odin Lloyd tells WBZ-TV that Lloyd dated the sister of Aaron Hernandez's girlfriend.

The pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together. Lloyd's body was found roughly a mile from Hernandez's home, in the vicinity of a rental car connected to the tight end. WBZ-TV is reporting that Hernandez is not cooperating with police and has not been ruled out as a suspect. He left his house in a white SUV Wednesday morning, presumably with his lawyers.

Something tells me that even if he didn't physically do it himself, he paid someone to do it. Maybe this Lloyd mistreated the sister of Aaron's girlfriend and Aaron had to be all gangster about it, albeit in a sloppy hood gangster sort of way.

Wow, this is pretty unreal. Dude could be going to prison for a long time. Where there's this level of smoke, there's usually fire.
