Any QB in an Andy Reid offense is fantasy football gold, throw in the fact that the Chiefs have one of the softest passing schedules in the NFL this year, Smith couldn't be in a better situation. Woodhead makes for a good bye-week filler in PPR, possibly more. If you're going to drop anyone, it would have to be Vincent Brown. I think you're good though.

12 team .5 PPR

I have the bookened 4/5 and 6/7 picks. Should I grab a solid QB with pick 5.1 (Stafford/Ryan), or wait until the 6/7 bookend and risk ending up with Romo, but hope that Luck falls to me.

Hello Vodka. I am hoping you can help me decide if I should accept this trade proposal. He wants Demarco Murray, and in exchange I would get Victor Cruz. It is 10 team PPR, with 2 RB's, 2 WR's, and 1 flex (RB or WR). In addition to Murray, my RB's are Jemaal Charles, Steve Jackson, Lamar Miller, Geovani Bernard, Bryce Brown, Knowshon Moreno. My WR's are Julio Jones, Desean Jackson, Tavon Austin, and Rueben Randle. I like having a lot of RB's, and as you can see I have much better RB depth than WR. I usually go RB as my flex. He wants Murray because he is Cowboy fan, and his current RB's are not very good.

The way I see it, pluses to keeping Murray: keep good RB depth, Murray could potentially have great (huge?) season if he avoids injury, keeps my opponent weaker by making him weak at RB, benching from fumble might make Murray an angry and a more determined runner. Negatives at keeping Murray: propensity for injury, other Dallas RB's having good pre-season and Dunbar when he comes back (which seems soon) could be 3rd down back and play a Sproles role and steal receptions, short lease if fumbles (benching, could get in doghouse), Dallas offensive line may be weak this year.

Positives for getting Cruz: Not as injury prone and is likely to put up solid above average numbers, strengthens my weak WR lineup. Negatives for getting Cruz: It seems to be a minor injury, but what if heel injury turns out to be a recurring problem? My gut feeling tells me Eli will play poorly this year. Cruz just signed a longer term contract, so might not be hungry.

I think Murray has lower floor but higher ceiling than Cruz. So what do you think? Stay with Murray, or get Cruz?

Thanks!

BTW it is 1 point PPR, and my QB is Romo, if that makes a difference.

I see your dilemma. Like I said in a previous post, I haven't given Murray the 'injury prone' label yet. I feel like he's just been a victim of bad luck so far. However, the Dallas rushing schedule is one of the worst they've faced in years. I would still feel much better with three high end RB's and DJax as my WR2 (who I'm liking more and more in the new offense) though. So no, I wouldn't make that trade.

10 man standard league

Start QB/2RB/2WR/Flex/TE/Dst/K

Other team asked if I would move Shorts or Vereen or both...and if so, what I would want. Any suggestions or stand pat? First offer was I send Vereen and get Josh Gordon. I was hoping to figure how to get David Wilson but not sure that is likely

RB - Sjax, Martin, DMC, Vereen, Moreno, Woodhead

WR - Andre Johnson, Welker, Thompkins, Shorts, Britt, Randle

TE - Graham, Cameron

D/ST - Steelers

His Team

QB - Stafford

RB - Charles, Ridley, David Wilson, Montee Ball, Pead, Jacquizz Rodgers

WR - Demaryius Thomas, Mike Wallace, Steve Johnson, Tavon Austin, Josh Gordon, Golden Tate, DeAndre Hopkins

TE - Gresham, Pettigrew

I'm in a 14 team standard non PPR league. I hate my WRs so I'm trying to make a trade. Here is my team:

QB - Aaron Rodgers

WR - Hakeem Nicks

WR - Cecil Shorts

WR - Emmanuel Sanders

RB - Marshawn Lynch

RB - David Wilson

TE - Greg Olsen

BN - Sidney Rice

BN - DeAngelo Williams

BN - Matt Schaub

BN - Alshon Jeffrey

BN - Coby Fleener

K - Dan Bailey

D/ST - Green Bay

BN - NY Jets

A team is offering me Colston for Nicks and Rice. Is that something you would do? He is pretty desperate at WR as well. What else, if anything, would you try to get from his team? His team is below.

QB - Matt Ryan

WR - Marques Colston

WR - Denarius Moore

WR - Brian Hartline

RB - Trent Richardson

RB - Darren McFadden

TE - Antonio Gates

BN - Markus Wheaton

BN - Sam Bradford

BN - Knowshon Moreno

BN - Ed Dickson

BN - Terrelle Pryor

K - Mike Nugent

D/ST - Seattle

BN - Minnesota

I don't see a problem with taking Ryan at 5.1, should flirt with top 5 numbers by seasons end. I wouldn't take Stafford there though, has one of the worst QB schedules in the NFL this year. I would much rather gamble on Luck falling to you.

What do you think is the better trade, Kenbrell Thompkins for Bradshaw or J. Gordon for Bradshaw? I m the one receiving Bradshaw. And who wins in those two trades?

Thanks.

I'm in a deep roster 10-man keeper looking to improve my team through a trade. I doubt anyone would take Brady/Gore unless they were packaged in with someone else. Who should I look to target? I'd like to have another top 10 reciever but I don't know if I could give up Martin (just assuming that's who would have to go)

Brady, Freeman

Martin, Bush, Dwyer, Vereen, Lattimore

Gore, Bernard, Randle

Harvin, g Tate, Hankerson

Bowe, Avery

Johnson

Cameron, Bennett

Forbath, Hartley

Browns, Pats

QB. Wilson vs. Brady? How can you bet against Brady? I wouldn't. Brady wins here, hands down.

RB's. Foster&CJ2tds vs. Lynch&Vereen? I'd rather have Foster&CJ2tds. I like me some Vereen, but not outside of PPR leagues.

WR's. Welker&Jennings vs. Fitzgerald&Green? Fitz&Green, no question.

Flex isn't even close, C.J Spiller.

Overall, if I had to choose a team, I'd take the first one. Gronk is a major risk, but if he pans out you're golden.

As a Marshall owner myself, I would be lying if I said I wasn't concerned about his hip. While it's concerning, I'm actually not too worried about it. Marshall played last year injured and Megatron was the only WR to outscore him (by 8 points) in my PPR league. Marshall looked fine during the second week of the pre-season as well. Ivory has the softest RB schedule in the league, little competition for carries and the Jets are going to want to run the ball as much as they can.

It's a pretty balanced trade. I'd stick with Marshall and Ivory, but that's just me.

vincent brown is on waiverws and I dropped my kicker for him. My bench is kind of packed with leveon bell or michael floyd being the drop. So now out of the three, who do i drop for a kicker? 0.5ppr

wrs: D thomas, Amendola, Mike WIlliams, Floyd, V. Brown

rbs: AP, Miller, Vereen, Bernard, Tate, Leveon Bell

How does your RB corps look? Not a fan of Bradshaw, although I'm not as down on him as I was, I still try to avoid owning him. Whenever you need him the most, seems like he is no where in sight.

About to make a big trade with a few other pieces to upgrade one of these guys with a WR1.

But I need to include one of them in the trade, and I'm not sure who I would rather have.

Which WR would you rather have? 0.5 PPR league:

Antonio Brown

or

Torrey Smith

both seem to be right next to eachother on just about every ranking, so this may just come down to personal preference. But I'm interested to hear your reasons.

also, along those same lines as above...the WR1 I am getting can be one of the 3

Demaryius Thomas

Julio Jones

Andre Johnson

because of the 0.5 PPR, I am slightly leaning towards Demaryius over Julio...but the Welker situation has me a little worried. Thoughts? Thanks man.

I like Floyd, but you can't pass up Brown's upside here. He's the #1 in San Diego and their only wideout with fantasy relevance.
