Drop Bradshaw for McGahee?

You wouldn't. McGahee is a free agent. That being said, Colts just picked up Trent Richardson. You can assume he'll be the new starter in Indy soon enough.

this makes no sense.

But to answer your question....I would since Bradshaw will basically be useless and Willis has every down potential

If you can deal with taking a flier on McGahee and stash for possibly a week or two, then yes. I did, but because he'd be my RB4/5 for now.

This guy, Pick him up, I'm doing the same. Don't expect much from him though, many teams have passed on him and he's coming off a serious injury.
