Pre-darft-Fantasy wise, who's your top 5 ?

Maybe

Clowney

Mack

Barr

Mosley

Shazier

I doubt clowney gets enough tackles to be number unless you got some really sack heavy scoring

Bumping this up with a focus on lbs.

Mosley and Shazier are obviously the top two lbs in rankings but who is this year's Kiko Alonso?

I think Mosley and Shazier are the only two rookies starting at MLB.

One guy who I think will be a useful IDP is Deone Bucannon for Arizona. He's starting at strong safety and he was a tackling machine in college. And I have a feeling they'll ask him to play in the box with Peterson, Cromartie, and Mathieu roaming in the secondary. Also, the Cards' starting MLBs are Larry Foote and Kevin Minter, replacing the much more dynamic combo of Daryl Washington and Karlos Dansby. I think Bucannon will be asked to make a lot of tackles and I think there will be a lot of plays out there for him to make given the Cards' middle linebackers are mediocre.

Christian Kirksey, Browns.

Playing next to Dansby, drafted by Pettine who drafted Kiko last yr.

Should have a nice year.

Thanks. This is EXACTLY the type of name I was looking for.

I wish he was a little more under the radar here in Cleveland... I have a feeling that the homers in my local league are going to grab him way too early.

Steelers first-round ILB Ryan Shazier had 11 solo tackles and an interception while playing less than two quarters in Saturday's preseason game against the Bills.

as a dynasty owner of Shazier and Kirksey i'm excited to see what they do in the regular season

Shazier looked absolutely deadly on Saturday, Keuchlyesque if such a term exists, he was everywhere.

3/4 of the world is covered by water, the rest is covered by Ryan Shazier.

Back to Christian Kirksey. In the preseason I've seen Robertson getting most of the first team reps at LB. If Kirksey isn't a starting LB he doesn't have much fantasy value this year.

Kyle Van Noy. Detroits front 7 are beastly and they will use Van Noy in numerous ways to rush the passer and cover the middle of the field. Kids got instincts.

I'd like to put Pryor in that 3rd spot now, Kirksey at 4th, and 5th is a toss up between Mack/Bucannon/Clowney/Telvin

A name that I've seen on a couple IDP website for a DB is Ha Ha Clinton Dix. He's another rookie that I'm keeping my eye on.
