Jesus Aguilar 2014 Outlook

The Indians have promoted first baseman Jesus Aguilar to the majors, according to ESPN.

Aguilar is mashing at Triple-A. Through 152 plate appearances, he's hitting .298/.395/.519, with seven home runs. It's unclear how the team plans to get Aguilar into the lineup at this time.

Yeah that had to have been an oversight... I think he has been on the 40-man roster for a while...

Should be a fair amount of power potential, but he will probably get most of his starts vs LHP.

Doesn't project to get consistent ABs... maybe if he shows off some power that could change.

Got recalled today with Santana and Swisher hitting the DL and will be the Indians every day 1B for the next couple weeks.

With full playing time, what do you guys think he can project over say, a 15/30 day period? Is a he a .250 Avg, with 3-5 HR power? Any speed?

He had only one AB then he was replaced by chisenhall in the top of the 4th. Why do they keep jerking him around?
