Is anyone watching Duffy @ the White Sox? His line looks great through 5. 1 hit, no runs, 1 bb, 7 k's. I'd love to see this dude string together some good games.

I seriously quit. All the sites say Wheeler is a good start. Nobody knows s--- anymore.

You are his owner, not "all the sites." If you listened to all the experts Chris Sale would be into his third Tommy John surgery by now and Oscar Taveras would be well on his way to Rookie of the Year honors. Read their stuff if you want but think for yourself in the end. You will be wrong too at times but no more wrong then they are.

Hmmm, Carlos Santana is hitting the ball sharply of late. This one just happened to find it's way in to Napoli's glove. Close but no cigar for Carlos.

Wheeler just flat out sucks.

No pitcher is on all the time. SD is a good play and it's only 3ER so far. Not quite a shelling, yet anyway.

Can someone explain why Wheeler is such an awful pitcher?

I mean the guy didn't even go 4 on Monday bc his control is all over the place. Somehow he has a whip of 2.00 today vs a hapless padres team that hasn't eclipsed 3 runs more than once this month already has 4 in 4 innings vs him.

crazy how everything unraveled... Archer had the third out on a groundball but the ball didnt stay in his glove when stepping on the bag... which tied the game 1-1... THEN, a walk, a hit by pitch , 1-2 count on singleton before another walk, and then a matt dominguez bases clearing double. which turned the score to 5-1 Astros.

Unbelievable.

I just don't get baseball.

Baseball is a marathon, not a sprint. Patience is needed when dealing with players over a long season. And over years if in a dynasty league. All players go through slumps. You have to wait and see what is happening and not freak out over a start or two. There are more then 16 games in a season in this game.

My starts this week all blew up. Estrada, Wacha, eovaldi, Archer, Wheeler. Only Strasburg got me a win. Oh and my closer krod got the loss last night. Brutal.

Patience is a virgin.

Willingham taken out too early for "rest". Now they could use his bat.
