hard candy was interesting and ellen page is a really good actress, but she was way too over the top in that flick. 12 in your all-time list? also lucky number slevin was a POS. josh hartnett is one of the worst actors i've ever seen.

too late to come up with my list right now, but i'll put mine up later.

Bolded I agree, Italics I haven't even seen. I'd have to add The Usual Suspects, Casino, Goodfellas, Scarface, Donny Brasco, The Godfather's, The Boondock Saints, Crimson Tide, The Last Castle, The Negotiator. I know I am missing more, and I lef tout some of the great comedies.

Alot of these movies are really good, but I'll have to say even the ones I liked I don't know if i'd have them in my top 25. Also one thing I noticed, you don't have any older flicks. Any specific reason?

I've actually been meaning to buy that. I havn't seen it forever.

I might try to make a top 25 but I know i'll leave some stuff off and it's so hard to rank some of my favorites.

Just by skimming over some of my older movies you should check out if you havn't seen them are, Platoon,One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest, Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, Dog Day Afternoon, Chinatown, and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly which is considered to be one of the best directed movies ever. Of course not everyone has the same taste in films, but these are pretty much all classics and i've never really heard anyone say they weren't great movies.

A lot of good dramas here, but where are the comedies? I like The Godfather 1 and 2, Blade Runner,The Usual Suspects, Forrest Gump, The Natural, etc. But sometimes a good comedy like Wedding Crashers,Dodgeball ,Old School, A Fish Called Wanda, etc. really hits the spot. Not the most intellectually challenging movies, but great entertainment! Vince Vaughn is the King!

I only quickly looked through the lists, but I'm shocked if I saw correctly and The Boondock Saints wasn't listed... I know I'm different but that's my favorite movie...
