Jason Heyward, or Jordan Schafer.

If you need earlier returns (i.e. you can't keep minors guys forever), Schafer's your guy.

Heyward's your guy if you can keep 'em indefinitely.

Heyward is your guy, ETA like 2010-2011 - but he has the highest ceiling out of the NL bats drafted *not named* LaPorta or Vitters, and after seeing some of the early reports, I might even put him ahead of Vitters.

If you look at staying in the league for years to come, the Reds signed a Dominican player named Juan Duran who is 16 years old, 6'6'' 200 lbs. and on a power scale of 20-80 he is rated an 80. I will put a few links in here on the kid. Read these links. Scouts in the Dominican that crossed paths with Vladimir Guerrero when he was a youngster say that Duran is a better hitter. If you plan on staying in this league, he is clearly the choice. If you don't want him a previous post was correct with Jason Heyward from ATL, but don't pass on JUAN DURAN. You don't pass on God himself.

I didn't pass on God, nor did I pass on Duran. I wonder if you've been reading my posts Mr. deuce4off, I've been pimping Duran left and right, even started a thread for him as a keeper sleeper...

and posted in another regarding the next Jose Canseco...

and used his image as an avatar...

but, you know what they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. If you did find out about him from me, then my posts did what they were supposed to do. If you already knew about him, then props to you, but I was the first to bring him to these forums. B)
