I dunno I was thinking Bo > Vlad for most of the season.  But Vlad finished much stronger than Bo.  Both are in my top 10 at this point.

Traded for Bo a few days ago, ETA 2020?

One of the best prospects to have. Him and Vlad are a great core for their future.

you think Jays trade Donaldson because of this?

The Jays trading Josh D won't have anything to do with the prospects they have, and everything to do with whether they are incontention or not.

kinda figured, but i mean since josh D is arb eligible next year i think they can maximize prospect value if they traded him now.

lets be real, they wont being contention this year with the yanks and sox being easily 90+ win teams.  with Bichette and vlad almost ready i think they should trade donaldson for pitching

I agree, but 2 WC spots out there and they've said they want to reward one of the most faithful fan bases by going for it. Things break right and they can be in the playoffs.

I'm always of the position you need to pick a direction and go. I just figured he'd be easier to move towards the break, when teams have a clear need when their hopes and dreams types don't work out (or someone gets hurt).

As for Bichette : Love this kid. I want him in my dynasty, but it's a league with some cannucks so I'm sure he's going to fly off the board (18 team league, we keep 24).

Love his K rate,  and his near .600 slugging %. Kids gonna be a stud.

Everything I have read is the expectation is the Vlad will most likely move to first base before he makes it up as his body fills out in the next couple years.  This is what makes Donaldson an extension candidate and Donaldson has already stated he would like to stay.  I have heard 5/125M as a possibility for an extension for Donaldson.  Apparently he has been worth over 300M over the life of his current contract.

Thinking about grabbing him in a dynasty draft. Probably have a shot at him or Albies.

Smart, Albies then Bo.

No, take Bo well before Albies... Speedy middle infielders are nice and all but their ceilings aren't usually very high and there's a lot more of them than there are guys like Bo Bichette.  Bo probably wins a few batting titles before his time is done along with plus power yeah you're looking at Edgar Martinez type production from SS possibly 3B with upside to be more.

When will ESPN have him available? Sucks I play in a keepers league am have number 1 waiver claim. Saving it for him once they add him. We get to keep a MILB for free.

Vladdy Jr. will probably join him in AA as well. Both have had impressive spring training numbers in small samples:

Bichette is hitting .429/.429/.857 with 2 Runs, 1 HR, 4 RBI, and 1 SB in 7 ABs
Guerrero Jr. is hitting .667/.667/.778 with 3 Runs, 1 RBI in 9 ABs

Both will be among the very youngest in the Eastern League next year with Bichette just 20, and Guerrero just 19. Here is a list of 20 and under players that have played in the Eastern league since Fangraphs has data (minimum 130 PAs):

- Rafael Devers – 20 - (2017)
- Victor Robles – 20 - (2017)
- Gleyber Torres – 20 - (2017)
- Brendan Rodgers – 20 – (2017)

- Ryan Mountcastle – 20 – (2017)
- Amed Rosario – 20 –(2016)

Still not sure how he hit that inside fastball opposite field.  Wind must have been blowing pretty heavy, but still impressive that he was able to get inside that pitch and barrel it.

As of today, Bleacher Report is projecting Bo Bichette to be called up by mid-2018.  Does ESPN add prospects  mid-season who have a chance to be called up? Surprised he wasn't added this year. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2767767-predicting-when-highly-touted-prospects-will-invade-mlb

No way he gets called up this year.  ESPN does add if he plays a game.  They used to add a group of prospects before the draft and before September call ups but they stopped doing it.  Now you have to wait until they play or until the beginning of he next season if they are close.

Really a 2018 call up?!

From what I saw of him in spring training, he is nowhere ready, but, players are called up for a cup of coffee.
