Final line on Walker Buehler: 4 IP, 6 Hits, 2 ER, 1 BB, 3 Ks, 53 pitches, 39 strikes. 3/2 ground/fly. Touched 100 twice. Curve was filthy.

Impressive stuff... topped out at 100 MPH per some Twitter reports. Really hope they fully unleash him soon so we can see what he can do over 100 pitches as opposed to 60 or 70.

Yea, I am trying like crazy to keep my tabs on this forum. I am in a massive rebuild and would LOVE to get a young arm to build upon. This is impressive and I am interested in seeing where he goes.

What's a realistic call up time for him?

Possibly out of the bullpen for the Dodgers this September. He's on roughly a 100 innings limit this season.

Really not sure I'd rather have more than 4-5 other SP's in the minors. He's a K machine, and it will translate-

4-5 others? Just curious, who else do you have above him?

Kopech has control problems, Keller, Groome, and Espinoza have some health questions, and Puk and Quantril aren't as advanced at this point. Honeywell maybe or some of the recent draftees? I wouldn't say Buehler is the top pitching prospect out there, but I'm not sure there is a clear cut top one out there right now.
