How would you score a play like this?

Recommended Posts

Certain situations stump me because it seems wrong to write the same thing twice for the same play, because that makes it seem like the play happened twice.

So let's say there are runners on first and second, and the pitcher throws a wild pitch and both runners advance. How would you score this? I don't like the idea of writing WP twice, once in each runner's box, because it looks like there were two wild pitches.

So how would you score plays like that, where you don't write anything for the batter, but still show an advance by the runners?

Thanks!
